Kurenai monthly Illustration: 1st version!
🕑 Added 2025-07-01 05:58:14 +0000 UTC I'm almost there, but just in a couple of hours the full set will be ready. I figure before it becomes midnight over here in Pacitic Time I could at least post the main version of the illustration! I mostly just want to finish up the BG + some adjustments to get the variations in proper order. I didn't want to rush in order to get in before midnight, but I figure I should share the main version for now, at least.

She does have a great design, I think your style suits her well! The flowing kimono looks great and gives a nice sense of motion. Really enjoyed the variations this month, too. The sketch of Kurenai on her back with arms behind her head seems promising 👀

She's fun to draw! It's hard to do justice to d.k.'s designs but fun to try + the wire/spool is actually a really cool detail as I looked at it further while working on this~
