[Harrenhal]
Saera was holding a crying Astorias. patting her back gently as she paced around the room.
"I cannot believe this…." She said while trying her best to comfort her, "To think that out of all things that would make you cry, it'd be your missing Father. Come now, my daughter…..don't cry…."
Maegelle was sitting down in a couch, "She's just like you." She chuckled, "So clingy to Drakken."
Saera frowned, "I am not that clingy…." She said, "Am I?"
"Oh sister, you have no idea." Maegelle said with a smile
Saera sighed as Astorias was pouting, her eyes red as she sniffed, looking around for her father only to be disappointed.
"You're fortunate that Vaella outgrew that so quickly." Saera said, "Look at her, sleeping so peacefully…."
Maegelle looked to her side, her daughter curled up underneath a blanket as she was sleeping.
"Yes…." She said with a smile, "My sweet Vaella…."
"Did you name her after our aunt? Mother told us she died in the cradle…" Saera said as Astorias's crying got louder, "My love…..don't cry, calm down…."
"Yes." Maegelle said as she patted her daughter's cheek, "I did. Hopefully our parents don't come to hate her because of who her father is."
"Right…." Saera said softly as Astorias kept crying
"All this crying, I can hear it all the way to King's Landing." Drakken said as he stood behind Saera, surprising her
"My Love!" Saera said, "Your daughter is inconsolable…."
The moment Astorias saw Drakken, she cried even harder and reached for him.
Drakken took her into his arms, "My daughter…." He said, "You have no need to keep crying. Your Father is a busy man, I must continue my work."
Astorias clutched onto his shirt and calmed down, sniffing loudly as she looked up at him, tears in her eyes.
"You are going to he a problem if you keep this clingy attitude." Drakken said as he snapped his fingers, "I thought of a solution."
A doll appeared on his hand out of thin air; a small one with brown hair and black eyes.
"A doll?" Saera said
"Little girls like dolls, right?" He asked as he handed it to Astorias, "Here, daughter. A gift, from your Father."
Astorias gently grabbed it while sniffing, looking at it with her curious eyes. She then hugged it and closed her eyes, leaning her head against his chest.
"She….likes it..?" Saera said
Drakken then patted her head, "There you go." He said, "With this, you should remember your Father while he is away. Gifts from me are the greatest luxury, Astorias. For I am a God and you are my daughter. Once you grow older, you will be blessed with my gifts. You simply have to ask and I shall bestow them upon you…."
Maegelle smiled, "Such a sweet yet spoiled girl." She said, "Aren't you, Astorias?"
"Now that she's calmed down." Saera said as she walked up at Drakken and hugged his arm, "Am I going to be consoled? Hm? I need to be in your arms too, My Love~•
Drakken blinked, "I merely came to calm my girl down."
"Ehh?" Saera said, "You are cruel…."
"This is what I mean…." Maegelle muttered
Drakken walked over to the couch, "I don't mind doing a quick one." He said as he sat down next to Vaella, "But I am going to have to have the two of you at the same time."
Maegelle looked at him, "M-Me too?"
Drakken sat Astorias down on the couch and patted her head while giving Maegelle a slight smirk, "Of course." He said, "I crave you too."
"What of Lady Mya?" Maegelle asked
"Oh? You want to relive our wedding night, sister?" Saera said, "You are quite naughty ~"
"That's not what I meant!" Maegelle exclaimed while blushing
"Its fine. Mya should be fine." Drakken said, "I will return in a couple of days after I am done with what I am doing in King's Landing."
"And what are you doing?" Maegelle asked him
Drakken leaned down and kissed Vaella on the cheek, "Torment." He said, "Resurrection…..and instigation…."
He then kissed Astorias's cheek who simply smiled brightly and reached for his face.
"I see…." Maegelle said, "I….I only wish you don't destroy my Family."
"That is up to them." Saera said, "They've had plenty of chances."
"Worry not." Drakken told them,
"They will submit."
***************
[King's Landing]
Jaehaerys and Alysanne entered the Throne Room where Drakken was kneeling down in front of the Iron Throne. They both noticed that there were two Duskguard Knights standing on each side of the room.
The King stopped in the middle and looked at Drakken, "What is this?" He asked, "You…..is this a takeover?"
The King knew that Drakken didn't need any knights with him to inflict serious damage to anything. He was more confused than anything on why he had two knights with him.
Drakken was drawing a runic circle on the floor, which unsettled Alysanne who merely watched this without saying anything.
"Runes….well, Magic Runes…." Drakken said, "They are basically a code, when written down, they gather ether or magic….and when written down in a specific way, they activate the desired spell. Runes are essentially….magic code….and well, they are seen as demonic sometimes."
Jaehaerys watched as he finished drawing the runic circle that he noticed was made out of blood.
"What….?" He said
"Well, when the runes are written in actual blood that acts as a better catalyst, more potent, they should be no surprise in why they are viewed as demonic. Especially blood rune circles, using Blood Sorcery as a base…." Drakken said, "It's….well, its all quite…..unsettling isn't it? Blood. Why is blood magic seen as….demonic? As monstrous? We are all born of blood….blood flows through us….it is the fuel of our lives….without it, we don't function. Yet….anything regarding it is shunned….perhaps it is because you humans are too weak in the stomach to fathom it."
Drakken snapped his fingers and Alysanne appeared in front of him. He grabbed her arm and raised it.
"What?!" She exclaimed, "Let go of me!"
"Relax." Drakken said as a cut appeared on her wrist and she began to bleed, "Your blood is necessary."
He held her arm over the circle and poured blood over it, creating a pool in the middle of said circle.
He then clutched her wound for a few seconds and let go, revealing that her cut was healed.
Alysanne ran back to Jaehaerys who caught her in his arms, "J-Jaehaerys!"
"Its okay….." He said, "You are fine….I am here…."
Drakken pulled out a vial from his pocket and opened it, pouring blood from it and onto Alysanne's as he raised his arm out and an urn appeared out of thin air.
"Teleportation is quite handy these days." He said as he emptied the vial, "I sure enjoy doing this…"
He opened the urn and poured ashes onto the pool of blood, soaking them completely as Alysanne watched in horror.
"No…." She said softly
Suddenly, Black Dragon Wings appeared from Drakken's back and his eyes blackened out, a fierce aura being released as this happened.
He todsed the urn aside and crouched down, placing his hand on the ashes and blood as they caught fire.
"Not many can have this luxury…." He said, "To be resurrected…."
"Black-Winged Rebirth"
The flames began to swirl, mixing with the ashes and blood as a wave of pressure was emitted.
"What…?!" Jaehaerys exclaimed
"Back to what I was speaking about; Blood." Drakken said as a loud howling was heard, "When a child is born, they are covered in blood, coming out their mother's womb. And when they are reborn….resurrected….it makes sense it is similar….for the blood circle is the womb and all it takes….is to pull it out!"
He reached inside and pulled out a small hand covered in blood. Then, in a swift motion, Drakken fully pulled out the body of a young girl which was soaked in blood.
"There you go…." Drakken said as the howling stopped and the flames dispersed, "Someone get me a blanket."
His wings disappeared and his eyes returned to normal.
Jaehaerys and Alysanne watched with pure horror in their eyes.
"T-That…." Jaehaerys said
Drakken wiped a bit of blood from the girl's face, "Look at that….the first daughter.” He said, “You must’ve been proud to give birth to such a pretty face, Alysanne. And this hair….clean the blood off and you can tell…it is as beautiful as Maegelle’s.”
One of the duskguard knights walked up and ripped his cloak off and handed it to Drakken who got on one knee and immediately wrapped the young girl with it.
“Impossible…..” Jaehaerys said, completely horrified, “No….”
“She was so young, was she not?” Drakken used some of the cloak to wipe her hair and face, “As I have two daughters, I cannot help but feel sympathetic for the loss of yours. But here she is…..”
“Daenerys Targaryen.”
