"Should we be here?" Sylas asked Riktor, "Where are our guards?"
Riktor and Sylas were in the training yard where several Lordlings and Young Knights were practicing. They had drifted away from the sight of the Knights that were guarding them and snuck towards the training yard.
Riktor shrugged as he walked over to the weapons table, "It should be fine." He said as he looked at the practice swords, "This is the Royal Training Yard weapons? Absolutely filthy. Who is the Arms-Master? He should be ashamed of himself."
Sylas stood behind his brother, "Perhaps we should go back." He said, "Mother could be worried."
Riktor looked at him, "You want to bore yourself inside the walls of this place?" He said, "What are we going to do, Sylas? Nothing, that's what."
Sylas scratched his cheek, "But being alone...." He said as he looked around, "With these people, who probably hate father....is it wise?"
Riktor smiled slightly, "Are you afraid?"
"N-No!" Sylas said, "But I don't want to cause trouble, what if Mother gets mad??"
"She won't." Riktor said as he grabbed a practice sword and swung it in the air, "Let her worry about boring herself with talks with the Queen, Sylas. Let us enjoy ourselves. Hey, what did you think of the Princess? She's very pretty, right? Perhaps I will ask Father to betroth us."
Sylas frowned, "She's promised already."
"Maybe they can change their mind." Riktor smirked, "Besides, Father might be okay with it. Our sister is a Targaryen, we can have our own Targaryen wives."
"I doubt it." Sylas frowned, "He does not seem to like these people that much."
"He loves Mama Maegelle and Mama Saera." Riktor said
"Debatable." Sylas said
"What do we have here?" They both turned to see a couple of Young Knights walking up to them, "This is no place for brats, real men are busy training here."
Riktor tossed the sword back on the table, "You are the Arms Master?"
"No." One of the young men said, "He's not here at the moment."
"Well, I don't have any use speaking to you." Riktor said, "Why don't you go ahead and leave us alone?"
"Who are these kids?" one of the scowled, "They-"
"wait, the black-haired one looks familiar...." Another said, "By the gods, his eyes! That's.....that's Drakken's son!"
"Drakken?" another said, "That Monster?!"
They stepped away a bit, looking at the two of them with surprised looks on their faces.
"I did hear that House Drakkengard was coming to the Red Keep." The Young Knight said, "But I did not think all of them would be here.....so they're Drakken's sons?"
"What's with the blonde one?" another asked, "He's got a stupid frown on his face."
Sylas turned away, "Tch...."
"So small and yet with big attitude." another chuckled
"Hey." A tall one with red hair said, "I don't think it is a good idea to antagonize them. They are Drakken's sons, you know what he did to Sharp Point, right?"
"Yea, but what are two boys going to do?" the Knight said with a smirk
"Not them, but their father!" the tall one exclaimed, "Show some damn respect, they have Duskguard Knights in the premises!"
"Yea, do yourself a favor and listen to the tall one." Riktor said as he patted his hands, "Respect should be given when you expect to receive it."
"So you're brothers, hm?" a Young Knight with somewhat long hair said, "Why do you have different hair?"
"They have different mothers from what I hear." The Tall one said, "We should stop talking now."
"Oh, that's right!" the long haired one said, "One of them died! That was your Mother, eh boy?"
Sylas looked at him with a scowl, "You...."
"Don't listen to him, Sylas." Riktor said as he walked past his brother, "They're trying to provoke you, let's go back."
"Ah, yes go back to your mommy!" the long haired one laughed
"Shut up!" the Tall one exclaimed, "You'll get us all killed! Do you understand what Drakken does to idiot knights like us????"
"I heard that the Princess Saera got a bunch of Lordlings and Knights killed when she was much younger." another Lordling said, "Because she was horny and wanted to get fucked...."
Sylas clenched his fists, "Silence...."
Riktor stopped and looked at his brother, "Let them talk." He said, "They'll get what's coming to them, let's go."
"Your Mother is dead." the long haired one said, "And you have another one who is a whore-"
"That's a princess you're talking about!" The Tall one scowled, "Shut up!!"
"So what?" he smirked, "It is true-"
He was cut off by Sylas kicking him in the shin hard, causing him to stumble.
"Agh!" He shouted as Sylas grabbed his belt with one hand
"Shut up!" Sylas swung his fist at his groin
The moment his fist connected, the Knight buckled over, his face distorted with pain as his jewels were punched hard.
"Fuuuuck!" He shouted as Sylas grabbed his hair with both hands
Then, in a swift motion, Sylas headbutted him in the nose hard, causing him to jerk back and fall on his rear. He clutched his face, a bit of blood coming out from his nose.
"Sylas!" Riktor exclaimed, "What are you doing?!"
Sylas was scowling, "Do not disrespect My Mothers!!!!"
Suddenly, he was struck by another Lordling as the Tall one stepped back, looking at this with shock. Sylas was struck in the cheek, being sent stumbling to the ground as he let out a groan.
Riktor glared at the Lordling, "You fucking...."
He rushed over and lunged at the Lordling, punching him in the stomach. The blow was strong enough to send him reeling back, gasping for air. The other Young Knights rushed Riktor and one of them kicked him in the face.
"You little shits!" one of them said
Riktor stumbled and rubbed his cheek, "Fucking...." he said, "Bring it on!!!"
He balled his fists up and as one of them swung down at him, he dodged it and countered with a fierce swing of his fist, striking him right in the jaw and dropping him.
He jumped up and threw a kick to the other one, hitting him in the chest, surprising those present with his agility. Riktor landed on the ground and kicked the first one he knocked down in the groin, causing him to yelp in pain.
"You-" He started but was blindsided by one of them swinging wooden club to his face
He hit the ground, stunned by the blow, and heard one of them drawing his sword.
The Tall one tried to stop the Knight, "Wait-"
He was pushed away by another one as the Knight walked up to Riktor who was getting up, "Fuck off!"
"You little shit." the knight said as he reached Riktor, "I'll teach you a lesson!!"
He swung the sword down at him but it was stopped by an invisible force, shocking everyone as he struggled against what stopped it.
"W-What?" he said as Riktor glared at him
The Young Lord was holding his hand up, using his Telekinesis to keep the blade from reaching him. He had a bit of blood running down from his nose as an angry glare pierced the Knight while he straightened up.
"I'll kill you." Riktor said seriously
The one who had the club rushed him from the side and swung it at Riktor, "You fucking-"
He was cut off by a rock hitting him in the face, dropping him in the ground. Sylas had thrown it from behind Riktor with so much force, it cracked his cheekbone.
Riktor then flicked his wrist, using his telekinesis to break one of the Knight's fingers, causing him to drop the sword and jerk back. He then used a telekinetic push to reel him back as the sword spun in the air.
He caught the sword by the handle and then rushed the Knight, pointing his finger at his knee. The Knight was suddenly force to one knee via Telekinesis.
Then, without hesitation, Riktor plunged his sword through his throat, blood spraying out as the young lord looked right into his eyes.
"G-Ghh...." the knight's eyes whitened out
Riktor then pulled the sword out as the man dropped down dead, "I told you...." He said as he wiped his nose, "I was going to kill you."
"W-What..." another Lordling said, "You killed him."
Riktor glared at him, "You want some too?"
"This little-" one of them said
"What is the meaning of this?!" a voice bellowed
They all turned to see Saera walking down the steps, being followed by two Duskguard Knights.
The Tall knight immediately got on his knees, "P-Princess!!" He shouted, "I tried to stop them! They could not stop provoking the young lords!"
"Mama...." Sylas said as he rubbed his cheek, a bruise on it
Saera scowled and immediately rushed over to him, the Knights following, "Sylas!" She exclaimed as she crouched down, "Who did this to you???"
Sylas pointed at the dead Knight, "Him."
Saera looked over to see Riktor holding the bloodied sword, "Tch.." She said, "You stupid.....stupid men..."
She straightened up and glared at the other Lordlings and Knights, which caused the Duskguard Knights to place their hands on their weapons, which startled the others.
"It's fine, Mama Saera." Riktor said, "I dealt with it. These filthy fucking imbeciles learned their place."
Saera gritted her teeth, "I will have heads roll for this." She said, "What gives any of you the right to raise your hands on two children, much less my boys?!"
The men shifted nervously at this.
Saera pointed at the Tall one, "Stand." She said, "I will have you explain this to the King with great detail."
The Tall one stood up, "Y-Yes, Princess."
Saera then looked up, "And you!" She said, "My Love, are you going to just sit there and watch????"
Everyone then looked up to see that Drakken was sitting down atop a rampart, looking down with his arms crossed.
"F-Father....?" Sylas said with a surprised look
Riktor didn't say anything, simply looked at his Father, who was watching.
Drakken didn't say anything, simply looked at Riktor and gave him a slight smirk.
Riktor gave him a silent nod, understanding what this meant.
The God of War and Death.....No.
His Father approved this.
