"What are you thinking?" Mya whispered to me, "This is rather.....interesting...."
We were standing across the room as Jocelyn was behind a screen, changing clothes. Mya had decided to discuss our next move regarding this.
"It is too early to tell...." I said as I cracked my finger joints, "There could be a possibility of her memory returning....but there is no signs of that happening. The mental bends are nonexistent. This is her, perfectly fine."
"You are planning on bringing Daranne back?" Mya asked, "But she's fused to the Foundation. Are you thinking of a way to remove her without compromising it?"
I nodded, "There could be a way. But I cannot do it at the moment." I said, "There is a lot of time involved....lots of waiting. For myself, it is nothing....but what worries me is that the longer she's there, the higher the possibility of her turning out like Jocelyn is. And that is not what I want, that is the last thing I want..."
"I see...." she said, "We need to figure out a way to safely remove her Mind.....and ensure that it is completely preserve...to ensure that her memories are intact....that she is herself.....this is quite the conundrum."
"Tch...!" I said, "This....is my fault."
"Don't say that." Mya said as she grabbed my hand, "It is not true...how could we have known that Thanatos would react that way?"
"That fucking imbecile...." I said, "I am still enraged...."
"So...." She said as she rubbed my hand with her thumb, "What should we tell the others?"
I looked behind, seeing that Jocelyn walked out from behind the screen wearing a casual brown dress that Mya provided for her. Her black hair was let loose and it drapped over her shoulders as she looked around the room we were in.
"Nothing." I said, "We keep this from them."
"My Lord?" She asked, "You wish to have this remain a secret? Why?"
"What do you mean, why?" I whispered, "Jocelyn is their aunt and the mother of Maegelle's nieces, whom she cares for dearly. If she finds about this, she will ruin my plans."
"What plans are those?" She asked me with a raised eyebrow
I smirked, "Torment, my beautiful vixen." I said as i patted her cheek, "Torment...."
"Hm, Aemon Targaryen, huh?" She said with a smile, "You will not forgive him."
"No." I said, "And guess what? If I could successfully bring back a woman like Jocelyn....it opens the doors to other things.....to other sources of torment...."
"I understand." She said as Jocelyn walked up to us
"So...." Jocelyn said as she stood there, looking at me, "Y-You're a god.....D-Drakken, right?"
I nodded, "That is right."
"I....I have so many questions...." She said as she eyed me up and down, "Y-You look like a man....is this your....true form?"
"Yes and no." I said, "This is my original form...but my Divine Dragon form is quite different."
"Divine Dragon?" Jocelyn said, confused
"Our Lord is a Dragon God." Mya explained, "But he would rather be referred to as the God of War and Death."
"I see...." Jocelyn said as she looked at her hand, "And you....were able to raise me from the dead....without any issue...."
"Hm, something like that." I said
"Am I bound to you?" Jocelyn asked
"In a way." I said
"Am I to be your slave?" She looked at me with a worried look
"No." I said, "But you belong to the Trinity. If you do not show your gratitude, the Trinity will forsake you, and you'll return to the dirt. Accept the Mark and you'll be granted immunity to any illness and you'll only die when you reach your Expiration."
"I...am confused..." She said softly, "But....I am alive, that is the truth, right?"
I nodded, "Yes."
"Okay..." She let out an exhale, "Thank you, Lord Drakken...."
I smiled slightly, "Not a problem." I said, "One thing, however.....we will have to keep you a secret for a while."
"W-Why is that?" She asked with a frown, "You said that two of my nieces are up above. I would like to meet them."
"See...." I said as I gently grabbed her shoulder, "They are rather shaken up about a certain incident. My Lady, Daranne, died... and if they see that you were brought back instead of her, they will begin to ask questions. Not only that, news like this could bring about the wrong type of attention...which your brother will not appreciate...."
"You're.....afraid of my brother?" She asked with a frown
"Pfft!" I said as I pulled away, trying to control my laughter but failing, "Hahaha! What a funny joke!"
"My Lord." Mya said with a sigh
"What? Did I say something funny?" Jocelyn asked, "What is it?"
"Our Lord fears nobody." Mya said as she looked at her, "In fact, what he meant was that Jaehaerys would not like to hear about this due to the reaction that it would bring. When Lady Daranne died, The Vale was the target of our Lord's Wrath. Not just that, a city in Essos was wiped out due to his rage. The ones responsible for her death happened to be a cult from said city."
"The Vale....." Jocelyn said, "You.....destroyed it?"
"No, but I should have." I said with a scowl, "But there are reasons why I showed restraint....they took away my Daranne...they-"
"Why didn't you bring her back?" Jocelyn asked, "You brought me back."
I narrowed my eyes, "Because....." I said, "You are but my experiment. Not many people can come back the same as you can. And you'll be examined until I deem otherwise."
"I see...." Jocelyn said, "I apologize for any offense."
"You'll apologize in a different way that is not words." I said, "For now, you will act as one of our servants and will work in a wing of the castle separated from My Ladies. They are not to discover your identity. Mya will provide details to you later."
"When can I reveal myself to them?" She asked with a frown
"Give it time." I said, "Not yet."
"I see..." She looked down, "Nevertheless, I am thankful for what you've done."
I turned around, "Yea yea."
"Whatever."
***********************
"My Love..." Saera said as she leaned back and placed her legs atop my lap, "Rub my thighs, please."
I raised an eyebrow, "What?"
"I am bearing your child, I deserve this much." She said with a smile
"You are spoiled rotten." I said as I pulled her closer to me, "Remember your place, Saera."
"Fufu~" She said as she wrapped her arms around my neck, "Am I better than Maegelle?"
"Not really." I said
"How cruel~" She said while blushing, "Just know....."
"What?" I asked
"I don't plan to be Daranne's replacement." She said softly, "In a way, I respected her......like I respect the others. I never intended to get between any of you, truthfully....you are a god.....you are great enough to be shared among us....I just...."
I gently grabbed her by the chin, "You...." I said, "Are a little spoiled shit, that much is true, Saera. But....."
I leaned in and kissed her lips briefly, having her let out a soft moan in response.
"Lover~~" She said while blushing, "Love me, please~"
"Hm." I said, "You are an alluring woman. But both you and your sister are mine. Daranne.....she was mine as well...."
"My Love..." She said softly, "I am disappointed..."
"In what?" I asked with a frown
"That you let everyone go so easily?" She said, "You should have burnt everything down.....you have done so for much less. This was the ultimate insult to you, Drakken....Daranne.....how much was she worth to you to not destroy anything?"
"I destroyed Asshai for her." I said, "I brought the Vale to their knees for her."
"Yes..." She said as she patted my cheek, "But there should be more...."
"Like what?" I asked
"A message needs to be sent!" She said with a serious tone, "That you will remember her loss forever. Something that will have the Realm constantly remember the consequences of what had happened...."
"What do you suggest?" I said
"Sharp Point." She smiled, "It is in the Crownlands.....close to King's Landing....and close to Dragonstone....Driftmark was one occasion....but Sharp Point?"
"It will send a proper message."
