[Harrenhal, The Riverlands]
Maegelle sat on the chair as she looked at the boy-lord Riktor Drakkengard sitting on a blanket on the floor.
She had a soft smile, watching the babe play with his wooden toys. While she spoke no words, the silence was loud. She enjoyed these moments with the boy, seeing how innocent and pure he was; a direct contrast from his Father, Drakken.
The door opened and Lady Mya walked in, "Ah..." She said as she looked at Riktor, "The joy of my life.....my precious boy....your Mother has returned...."
Riktor looked up and his eyes lit up. He then threw his toys away and extended his arms upwards, letting out an excited grunt as Mya walked up to him and picked him up in her arms.
"Welcome back, Lady Mya." Maegelle said with a smile
Mya looked at her, "Maegelle, he was not a bother, was he?" She asked, "My boy could miss me so much that he is unbearable."
"He was a sweetheart." Maegelle said as she had her hands on her lap, "I had no issues with him."
"Good." Mya said, "Where is Lord Drakken?"
"I do not know. He left a couple of days ago, telling me to look after Lord Riktor." Maegelle said, "It appears there was something that had caught his attention."
Mya's eyes narrowed, "He went ahead and did it...." she said, as if she knew exactly what Drakken was doing, "I expected to be a part of it but it cannot be helped. He will do what he wants. There is a lot of things on his mind and he expects to do everything already."
"Is that so?" Maegelle asked, "May I ask what he plans on doing?"
"Nothing to worry about." Mya said with a smile as she carried Riktor, who hugged his mother, "But Maegelle, I must say.....Our Lord expects to bear more children. Something about Lord Riktor made him more willing to procreate. I only wish that you open your bed when the time comes."
"I....uh...." Maegelle said, "Well....I am not sure if I would be so willing...."
"If you don't...chances are he'll switch his gaze to your sister." Mya said, "Lord Drakken is everlasting, he would wait years for your Sister to become ripe and he will take her. Not just her, but potentially the younger ones too; Viserra and the others."
Maegelle looked at her, "What?"
Mya smiled, "It is his plan, you know. To anger your Father and torment him further." She said, "He wishes to create as much stress as possible so when the time comes, your Father becomes broken."
Maegelle looked down, "Is he really that obsessed with tormenting him?"
"Yes." Mya said simply, "Is that a problem?"
"It is." Maegelle said, "What point is he trying to make? Why would he even consider it? He views us as beneath him. He doesn't consider anyone equal to him. Why waste his energy on something so petty?"
Mya smiled as she caressed Riktor's cheek, "Because he can."
Maegelle looked at her, "Do you approve of that?" She asked, "He is so….destructive….so chaotic…."
"He is what he is." Mya said, "The sooner you accept that, the better it will be for you. You do realize that he could take you whenever he desires, right? He could force you to bear his children, he can force you to worship the Trinity. But he does not. Be grateful for that."
"You are special."

Mya sat in a chair next to a large table that had several tools on it.
"Our little Lord has gone to bed." She said with a smile, "How much he has grown."
"Mhm." Drakken's voice was heard in the distance, "Back up, though. You told Maegelle that I would take his Sisters?"
"Is that not the truth?" Mya asked as she flicked her hair back
"But why would you tell her?" Drakken asked
"To encourage her to open her bed to you." Mya responded
"Did it occur to you that it might essentially be the same as forcing her?" Drakken asked
Mya looked at where he was, "Mine apologies." She said, "It will not happen again. As for this little project, what is the process?"
She looked at Drakken, who was standing over a wooden chair where the black-haired Stormsinger was lumped over, naked.
"Somewhat good." Drakken merely said
The Singer's two arms were propped up as they hanged from chains that were connected to a wooden frame that was set up above them. His entire body was cut up, bleeding slowly as it had lost its color.
Drakken stood over him, wearing a white shirt and a leather apron over it. He had black gloves on as he carefully held small iron rods that were embedded to the exposed brain of the man. Drakken had the top of his skill removed, leaving the brain in the open as he fidgeted with it.
The Stormsinger's eyes were forced open by small metal brackets which were nailed to his face, an excruciating pain was visible in them.
There was a bright purple dragon-claw mark on his neck, signaling the immortality; he was still alive.
Next to Drakken, on a wooden plate, a beating heart laid there, blood pooling everywhere as several other organs were laying on the table.
Drakken moved a rod slightly and the Singer let out a soft moan, his voice immediately shifting to what could be assumed to be a hum.
Mya then watched as a small cloud appeared next to what looked like an orb mounted on the frame. She deduced it was some sort of magical containment device that Drakken had told her about.
Drakken then moved another rod and the Singer began to sing in an unknown tongue, a soft and solemn tone filled the room as the clouds got thicker and small orbs of swirling wind appeared.
"Back in my world….there was a mage that had a sorcery which was extremely potent. Any word uttered would force the reality to shift to the spell." Drakken said, "If he said 'Kneel', those weaker than him would kneel. If he said 'burn', they would combust. Unfortunately for him, he was weaker than me. I defeated him and left him for dead. He survived but I cared not for him…"
"Oh? And then what happened?" Mya asked
"Riktor was enthralled by that power and sought him out." Drakken said, "He captured his family, raped his wife, daughters, aunts, mother, and even grandmother. They were to his liking apparently. All while forcing him to watch too….he them fed on them, sucked their blood dry and killed them."
"Oh." Mya said, "That's….."
"Well, one of the man's daughters was left alive and he liked her blood so he kept her as a bloodbag." Drakken said, "He then did what i am doing; he dissected the man's brain to try to extract the magic. Sorcery like this….it works in tangent with the anatomy of men….as for this one, he requires his vocal cords….to sing…"
The Singer stopped singing as Drakken moved the rod, the clouds disappeared and the wind dissipating.
“Fascinating….” Mya said with a smile
“Riktor extracted the mage’s sorcery, multiplied it, and had me amplify it. He embedded it into a weapon that helped us fight the Archdragon Syrus and his army.” Drakken continued, “This is what I want to do. To extract the Singer’s magic, multiply it, and embed it into our next beast. One that will rule the skies forever.”
Mya stood up and walked over to a clear-looking wall, “So many projects, My Lord…” she said, “I take it this one’s completion is delayed….”
She tood in front of the wall, which seemed to be made of some sort of crystal. Inside it was the massive head of a dragon, black in color with large obsidian horns that were curved like Lyssa’s.
“Grayle….” Drakken said without looking up, “I suppose he will have to wait. He is my herald of destruction and ruin.”
“His rise is the end of everything.”
