"Lord Riktor is growing quite rapidly, don't you think?" Maegelle asked me as we sat next to each other as the baby was sitting in front of the fireplace
"Hm..." I said as I looked at the boy, "I suppose so."
The boy was holding a toy knight carved out of wood that Jon brought him. He was looking at it as the light of the flames shone on his skin.
Maegelle and I were watching him as Mya attended to some issues in The Tower that Olyver had brought to light. She normally did not like leaving him but Mya did not want to bother me with things like this so she went ahead and took care of it.
I looked at Maegelle, there was a warm smile on her face as she sat there, and her posture was straight and dignified. She looked at the boy as he played with his toy, there was a strange glint in her eyes.
"It's been a few months since he was born, My Lord." Maegelle said, "You have not shown affection to him at all.....he needs his father...."
I looked at the boy, "Is that so?" I said as I tilted my head, "Riktor!"
The boy turned to look at me, his red eyes staring right at me.
I gestured him over, "Come."
He dropped his toy and began to crawl forwards on the ground, making those usual baby grunts as he did so.
"L-Lord Riktor, do not push yourself..." Maegelle said softly as she got on the edge of her seat
Riktor reached me and grabbed me by my pants, looking up at me.
I nodded, "Good." I said as I leaned down, "My Son does not need affection from anyone. He is a Drakkengard...he is strong."
I placed him on my lap and patted his back as he looked at me, his red eyes shining.
"I....." Maegelle said, "I suppose so."
"One day….." I told the boy, "You will grow to be a powerful warrior who will wage war against my enemies. And worry not about dying, you are my blood, you will not die."
He didn't react, merely stared at me with his big round eyes.
"He is too young to understand any of that," Maegelle said
"No son of mine is too young to understand his destiny, his birthright." I said seriously, "Am I right, Riktor?"
The boy looked in front of him, blinking ignorantly. It was to be expected from a child, one that is innocent and pure of any corruption.
"Hm." I said
"Did your Father treat you this way?" Maegelle asked me
I raised an eyebrow, "And what is that supposed to mean?" I said as I looked at her, "You speak with such confidence now, my dear."
"I am just curious." Maegelle said
"I didn't have a Father." I said, "Not that I know of."
"Oh." She said softly, "Well…."
"What?" I asked
"That explains a lot." She said
My eye twitched, "You push your luck sometimes." I said, "But consider yourself fortunate enough that you are my Lady."
"Hm." She said, "i suppose I should."
I chuckled, "I like you." I told her before handing the boy over. "You are different than the others, I cannot put my finger on it. Is it that Targaryen Defiance of yours?"
She took Riktor in her arms, "You flatter me, My Lord." She said, "But I merely speak my mind should you allow me to do so."
I stood up and saw that Riktor was held by her. The boy was looking at me with a calm and serene face.
"Hm." I said before turning away
"Where are you going?" Maegelle asked
"Taking a walk." I told her, "I have been doing a lot of thinking."
"May I ask when Lady Mya returns?" She asked
"In a few days." I told her,
"Riktor is in your care until then."

(Third Person POV)
[Another World, Many Years Ago…."
Drakken walked the halls of an old keep that was made out of dark grey stone. There were torches hanging on every corner of the halls that illuminated the way for him.
He wore his trademark black coat, dark pants, and a black button-up. His hair was a bit shorter than usual but his red eyes were as fierce-looking as always
He reached a massive wooden door and immediately opened them by using his Telekinesis. The moment the doors swung open, Drakken felt a serios gust of cold wind. It was as if he had opened an ice locker that was shut for a long time.
"Tch…" Drakken muttered, "That fucking guy…."
He walked into the room, nothing but darkness filled it. He felt the cold air of the large and vast chamber as he stepped through the darkness. His eyes were glowing in the dark, to large fierce orbs floating amidst the shadows as he took each step.
Drakken then stopped and let out a sigh, "How many times have I told you to put some light in your fucking rooms?" He said, "Riktor!"
He snapped his fingers and suddenly, several orbs of flames appeared in the middle of the air that illuminated the entirety of the room. The light revealed several antique-looking furniture that were covered in what looked like ice.
Drakken then saw that there several dozen mutilated corpses laying around, completely frozen.
He looked in front of him, on a large bed, where a single man was hunched over with his back turned to him.
Drakken could hear a pained grunt as he noticed there was a woman in the man's arms.
"Are you hard of hearing?" Drakken asked with an annoyed tone
The man suddenly pulled away from the woman's body, revealing that she was naked and barely living. It was a small and petite woman with green hair. She was bleeding profusely from her neck as the man had blood smeared all over his mouth.
The man was tall, pale, and thin. He had silver hair with strange eyes; the sclera was blacked out and the irises had a silver star-pattern with azure shade.
There were two sharp fangs visible, trademark to Vampires as this was Riktor, one of Drakken’s closest friends.
"Ahhhh…..” He let out a gasp, one of pure bliss, “That does the trick….”
“Tch…” Drakken said as he put his hands in his coat’s pockets, “Always with some bullshit….”
Riktor let go of the woman, who fell on the bed, gasping for air as she looked up at him with a shocked expression.
Riktor then turned to Drakken, “Always interrupting my meals….” he said as a strange red aura covered his fist, “Drakken!!!”
Riktor lunged at him with lightning speed, swinging his fist at Drakken. It then collided with something hard, creating a powerful shockwave that shook the room.
The Vampire saw that it was a wing-arm that was sprouted from Drakken’s back, with obsidian black scales that emitted a shadow-like aura.
Drakken looked at him with an unamused look, “Viktor called.” He said, “We missed our window for the golden goose. Syrus killed it.”
Riktor pulled away and shook his hand, it was a bit swollen, “I will be damned.” He said
“Why is your hair silver?” Drakken asked
“Mind your fucking business, cunt.” Riktor scowled, “The Archdragon killed the wyvern, huh?”
“Yea.” Drakken said, “Viktor is hounding the Drakeknights that serve it. We will make a move on it, get ready.”
Riktor scoffed, “Get your little dragons to do it.”
Drakken’s wing-arm moved to the side as he stood there, not moving. Riktor felt an immense amount of power coming from it but was not bothered from it.
“We will all do it.” Drakken said, “Once Syrus is dead….”
“We wage war on the Dragon Gods.”
