Trevor looked at Baelon and said, "It seems you do, in fact, have the conviction to do what it takes." He said, "I am impressed."
Baelon glared at him, "After everything I have done, that was still a doubt?" He said, "You are far more foolish than I thought."
Trevor lunged at Baelon and swung his sword, only for Baelon to dodge the attack and rush past him, making it straight for Arryk Cargylle.
The Heir thrust his blade at the traitor Kingsguard and almost plunged his blade into his head. If the former white-cloak had not dodged it time, he would have died.
Trevor narrowed his eyes and rushed right at Baelon, attempting to stab him in the back but Baelon anticipated this.
"Tch…" He said as he avoided the attack, "Filth…"
Baelon swung Blackfyre with one hand, clashing with Trevor's sword. The Prince then immediately pivoted away as Trevor followed up with multiple swings. Baelon parried the attacks as Arryk joined in and in a brilliant display of skill, he held the two of them off with ease.
He blocked and parried their attacks in a much more flowing display of skill as compared to Erryk who fended off both Qarl and Arryk. Baelon also countered in between each parry, swifly adding pressure and forcing his opponents back.
In a quick window that was caused by Baelom parrying Trevor, the Heir slashed at Arryk but missed. He then rushed at the former Kingsguard and shoulder tackled him, staggering him completely.
Baelon then deflected a sword swing from Trevor and kicked him in the stomach, pushing him back.
Arryk tried to rush him but Baelon parried his attack and before the Prince could riposte, Ser Erryk intervened.
The Kingsguard swung his sword at his brother, "My Prince!" He said as they clashed, "There is no need to fight my brother! I will handle him!"
"I'll fight if you won't." Baelon said, "Get it together, don't hesitate."
"I apologize…." Erryk said as he pushed his twin away, "It won't happen again."
"See to it that it doesn't." Baelon said, "We already lost one."
Trevor chuckled as he swung his sword at Baelon , "What shite…." He said as Baelon blocked his sword, "You don't understand how badly people are willing to die to see you gone, Baelon!"
Baelon narrowed his eyes, "Is that so?" He said, "Willful traitors then, their hubris will not be tolerated."
Trevor pushed him back and swung his sword as Baelon dodged it and countered with a thrust. Trevor was able to dodge the attack and tried countering but Baelon pivoted to the right and swung Blackfyre, forcing him to parry.
The Prince immediately stepped away to avoid the riposte and forced Trevor to reset his stance.
"What are you going to do?" Trevor asked, "Are you going to set everything ablaze with Balerion
Go on, give the people a reason to have you gone!"
"No, that is what you want." Baelon said, "Do you think me so stupid to fall for cheap tricks? To have me incriminate myself like you are doing to your wife? The Realm already thinks low of her, all because of you! And I will make things right, by putting you down!!"
"How nice of you to care for your elder sister." Trevor said with a smirk, "After all, you have wanted to fu-"
"Oh shut up." Baelon cut him off as he lunged at him, "I am starting to get irritated by all of that. Unlike me, you have actually been unfaithful so do not slander me!"
Baelon swung his blade and Trevor was able to narrowly avoid it by stepping back. The Prince followed up with a swift and fierce counter-swing that was aimed at his chest but Trevor parried it. Baelon immediately stepped back slightly as Trevor tried to riposte, seeing the window.
"Slander? It is truth!" Trevor exclaimed
"Shut up, I tell you!" Baelon said as Trevor swung his sword at him
Baelon then blocked the sword swing and without wasting a moment, kicked Trevor in the knee, buckling him down. Seeing the quick window of opportunity, Baelon swung Blackfyre at Trevor's neck, going for a beheading.
Aemma, Trevor's daughter, gasped in shock as she covered her mouth, her eyes widened as she saw Baelon do this.
"N-No!" She blurted out as everyone watched
Blackfyre, however, never reached Trevor as it was blocked by another sword.
Baelon stepped back to see Harwin Strong standing there, bleeding from where Baelon had struck him. He had fended off Gwayne for enough time to sneak away as the Hightower Knight was swept up in the chaotic fighting with the rest of the fighters.
"I don't think so, Baelon." Harwin said seriously, "You won't kill Trevor today."
Baelon let out a sigh, "And what do you want?" He said, "You're seriously not thinking that you can stand a chance against me, especially when I've sat you down on your arse before."
As Trevor straightened up, Harwin lunged at Baelon, swinging his sword at his face, "I'll try my luck." He said as Baelon parried the blade, "You were always a spoiled little shit."
Everyone watched as Harwin unleashed a flurry of slashes at Baelon, all while Trevor sneakily circled around the Prince, waiting for a chance to attack.
Baelon skillfully parried and avoided all of Harwin's attacks, however, and Trevor saw no openings in his stance. The Heir to the Iron Throne was displaying his superior skills, so much so that Harwin was beginning to get frustrated.
"I never knew what your deal was, Harwin." Baelon said as he thrust his blade at his collarbone, forcing him to step back and deflect the blade, "Why do you do what you do? Let me take a wild guess, you are sour that you were rejected by my sister....?"
Harwin scrunched his nose as he swung his blade, "Silence...!!"
Baelon stepped to the side and spun around, swinging his blade at his chest, "No."
Harwin blocked the blade and managed to slide it away as he stepped away, causing Baelon to momentarily stumble forwards. Breakbones took advantage of this and tried to kick him in the knee like Baelon did to Trevor, but the Prince avoided it.
This moment allowed Baelon to be open for a single second, something that Trevor capitalized on.
The Traitor lunged at Baelon from behind, attempting to stab him in the back of the head.
Helaena, who watched from the stands, stood up, "Baelon!" She cried out with desperation
Trevor's blade struck air as Baelon had ducked down and stepped to the side, avoiding the thrust with ease.
"What?" Trevor said with a surprised look
Harwin tried to follow up but Baelon had already rushed past them, swinging his sword with ease, forcing them to dodge at the last second.
Blackfyre was able to graze the two of them, adding more cuts to their bodies, causing them to bleed.
"Do you seriously think I am so easily killed?" Baelon said as he straightened up, "A stab from behind? It will take more than that to kill me!!"
Trevor narrowed his eyes, "Is that so?"
"Baelon, watch out!" Daemon's voice was heard
Baelon looked to the side to see Eryn swinging his sword at Baelon's head, going for a beheading. The Prince ducked down once again but he was met with a boot from Daron who had rushed him from seemingly nowhere.
Daron had kicked Baelon in the face, causing him to stumble and fall down, "Shit!" He exclaimed as he immediately rolled away, avoiding Harwin's blade as he had attacked him, "Pricks...."
Baelon immediately stood up and parried a blade from Daron who had rushed him with surprising speed and dodged Eryn's sword as the large bastard had also charged right at him.
"There's no room for breathing, Prince!!" Daron exclaimed
Baelon saw that Aemond and Daemon had tried to intervene but were met with Harwin and Trevor. He also saw that the Cargylle twins were locked in their clashes which looked rather even as Yohn Royce was dealing with the third of the bastards.
"Oh is that so?" Baelon said as he parried another attack,
"I'll be the judge of that."
