[Blazing Acolyte's Camp]
Maliketh was sitting down on a log, clad in his black armor, when he looked up into the sky.
"Hm...." He said, "What is this feeling?"
Therion walked up to him, "Aeron has engaged Jason Darkborne in combat." He said
Maliketh stood up with haste, "What did you say?!" He said as he released an intense pressure, "You jest!"
Therion shook his head, "No, I'm afraid not." He said, "Listen, Maliketh, may I call you that?"
"I don't care." Maliketh said as he faced the Acolyte, "What is it?"
"I've received word from my comrades in Guiltina." Therion said, "There is a bigger conflict coming, something that is much bigger than what we've imagined."
"What do I care?" Maliketh said as he turned around and began to walk around, "My goal is to end Jason's life, nothing else."
"You'd worry if it was your life at stake." Therion said, "I have no doubt in His Holiness's faith in your ability to see this through, but complications can arise. The thing is; a faction from Guiltina has sent its forces to Ishgar and they'll be a thorn in our side."
"Then deal with it." Maliketh stopped and glanced at him, "I'm going where this dragon slayer of yours went. He stands no chance in defeating Jason Darkborne."
"Aeron is our strongest, no doubt. He is the wielder of Black Blazing Dragon Slayer Magic, His Holiness's chosen." Therion said, "Nobody else can match him in power. But there is one flaw; he is greatly restricted when it comes to his true power. That is the advantage that Jason has. I have faith that he'll stall Jason Darkborne long enough for us to deal with this issue from Guiltina."
"What issue is this?" Maliketh asked, "Are you truly so worried about whatever is coming?"
"You'd be interested in dealing with this force, you know." Therion said, "They seek your flesh, after all. They are Dragon Eaters from Diabolos. According to our intel, they've sent two of the Black Dragon Knights and other members. This is not good, they're mages on levels above the ones in Ishgar and truly something that will cause us trouble."
Maliketh turned around, "Dragon Eaters? Like Erion, huh?" He said, "They're not actual Dragons, are they?"
Therion shook his head, "Dragon Slayers." He said, "They gained their powers from eating the flesh of dragons."
"A vile ritual." Maliketh said, "Well, how long until they get here?"
"I don't know. A day or so." Therion said, "I ask you that you aid me in planning some sort of counterattack. With the Magic King, August in the continent and now them, our plan will be interrupted. Jason Darkborne will utilize this as a way to defeat us...to defeat you."
Maliketh chuckled, "A day, eh?" He said as his body began to emit his black light, "More than enough time!!"
Suddenly, his entire body began to shift into his dragon form, emitting a powerful wave of pressure as the ground shook violently. Therion braced himself as Maliketh fully transformed into his massive dragon form, glaring at him viciously.
"M-Maliketh!" Therion said as he covered his face, "What are you doing?!"
"I am going to finish what I started!!" Maliketh bellowed, "I will go and defeat Jason Darkborne! His head will be served to Alatreon in a platter! And if his champion gets in my way, I'll have his head as well, Blazing Acolyte!!!"
Maliketh flapped his wings as he launched himself into the air, causing a massive shockwave that shattered the ground and toppled everyone present.
Therion watched as the Dragon flew into the air with tremendous speed, "Dammit!" He said, "And he has the Domain Crystal that's holding Irene Belserion, too! This is terrible!!"

[Somewhere in Guiltina]
Selene sat on a couch, drinking sake from a cup as some women in white and silver kimonos approached her.
"Lady Selene..." one of them said as her eyes were closed, "Word has reached us that Diabolos has dispatched two Black Dragon Knights and three regular members to Ishgar. A war is sure to break out."
Selene tucked her hair behind her ear as she leaned back, her large breasts jiggling due to the sudden movement.
"Interesting." She said with a smile, "And with the sudden revelation of a son of mine coming from the future.....that is quite concerning...."
Another of the women, a tall and somewhat skinny one with white hair and blue eyes, frowned, "Lady Selene, this son of yours....he isn't a dragon you've had sired in the past?" She asked
Selene shook her head, "No." she said, "All my past children are long dead. I have gotten over the heartache of losing them long ago, but this sudden appearance of a strong half-dragon has resurfaced such grief...."
She looked down to the ground with a saddened face, thinking of her children who she had raised in the past. The fact that Maliketh reminded her so much of Kurnugi, her favorite son, was something she didn't expect. And to top it off, Maliketh was not just her son, but Jason's as well. The man who she was fond of was the father of her son, or at least her son from the future.
She knew very well that this was the work of a Dragon God, either Alatreon or Shagaru. But she didn't want to intervene as angering them would mean ruin and despair.
The tall white haired woman smiled slightly, "Well, no worries, My Lady." She said, "If you send us, we'll surely help him~"
Selene gave them a smile, "That's a nice thought. I might actually consider it." She said, "But this boy of mine, he's quite strong. And his mind is not in the right place......if you get involved, you'd only get hurt. No, let me think about this....."
One of the women, a quite short yet curvaceous woman with black hair walked forth, "My Lady....this is your flesh and blood we're speaking of." She said, "If our intel is right, it isn't just Diabolos that makes their way to Ishgar, it's the Spriggan 12 as well. The Magic King is already in Fiore, this is not good. Your son will be caught in the crossfire of a fierce battle."
"My son is the reason for that...." Selene responded, "But you're right....oh no, what to do? I don't want him to hurt his own father....I am fond of Jason....and I don't want Jason to hurt his own son.....I know he loves his first one....that massive black dragon.....Ah, I guess it can't be helped....."
"I'll do something about it."
