As Marin's body collapsed to the floor, blood pooling around him as he gasped for air with a crazed look in his eyes, Jason merely glared at him still.
"You filth...." Jason growled
Marin was clutching the hole in his stomach as he looked up, "Y-You-"
"Silence." Jason said with a vicious tone as he waved his hand
Suddenly, Marin's whole body erupted with black flames, being reduced to ashes in mere seconds as Brandish watched with a shocked look on her face. She watched as Jason looked at the pillar of black flames, the smell of burnt flesh hitting her nostrils and making her gag a bit.
The door to the cell room slammed opened and Mavis and Kagura ran in.
"Is everything okay?!" Mavis said
"Jason!" Kagura exclaimed
As they saw the sight of Brandish on the floor and Jason standing over a pillar of black flames, Jason turned around and looked down at The Shield.
"You okay?" He asked her
Brandish looked up at him, still in shock.
"I...." She stammered, "You...."
Her throat was still dry, it ached, due to the attempted choking her former subordinate was giving her.
Mavis and Kagura walked up to them.
"What is the meaning of this?" Kagura asked
"Jason, what happened?" Mavis asked as she looked at the smoking pile of ashes behind Jason, "I-Is that...."
"I showed no mercy to a piece of trash." Jason said seriously, "Mavis. I showed no mercy."
Mavis noticed a look in his eye, something she hadn't seen since their time in his memories. She then looked at Brandish, whose bra was pulled down and her breasts exposed as her hand had made a failed attempt to hide them; Brandish was shaking due to the shock of what had just happened.
In almost an instant, Mavis put two and two together.
"Oh...." She said softly, "I....I'm sorry...."
Mavis crouched down and placed her hand on Brandish's shoulder. The moment she made contact with her, Brandish flinched, giving her a scared look.
"Ah!" She yelled out
"I'm sorry." Mavis said with a gentle tone, "It's okay."
Kagura frowned, "W-What?"
Jason then walked past them, "Give her some space." He said, "Keep her cuffs on, though. We can't take risks, despite what happened. And give her more clothes."
As he walked out of the room, Kagura looked at Mavis.
"Mavis...." She said, "Did.....Is this what I think it is?"
Mavis nodded, "Yea." she said, "I'm afraid it is...."
Brandish proceeded to cover her chest with her arms fully, looking down as she bit her lip in frustration.
"Please..." She said, "Leave me alone....."
"Please...."

"Oi Gramps!!!" Natsu bellowed, "Jason and the others put the beatdown on two more Shields!!!"
Natsu and the other Fairy Tail Mages were celebrating as Makarov sat on his seat with his arms crossed.
"Hmmm....." Makarov said with a serious face
Laxus was right next to him, covered in bandages.
"What's with the face, Old Man?" He asked him, "This is good right? Not only that, the Northern Forces are victorious. We're winning this."
"I'm afraid that the most difficult of fights is still to come." Makarov said, "According to Jason's intel, the Strongest of the Shields are still active. And if what The First says is true, Alvarez has possession of Erion, Jason's Dragon Son....."
"That's not good..." Laxus said with a serious face, "I wonder if we'll have to do what we must...."
"I hate bearing the thought of harming a child..." Makarov said, "But..."
As he said that, there was a massive tremor that shook the whole guild violently, causing the glass to shatter and the walls to crack.
"W-What the hell?!" Makarov exclaimed, "An attack?!"
The doors to the guild slammed open and Gray ran inside with a desperate look on his face.
"Y-You guys!! Get ready for battle!!" He yelled, "T-They're here!!!"
There was nothing but shouts of shock and fear as the majority of the members ran outside to see a massive fleet of airships clouding the sky. There was an immense magical pressure that was hitting the entire city, causing the tremors and putting an insane level of anxiety to everyone there.
"T-This magic power...." Makarov said as he sweated, "It's a combination of many powerful mages....."
"What sort of monsters are there....?" Laxus said as he looked up at the sky, "This magic power is insane!!!"
Natsu who was shaking in nervousness, smiled slightly, "Oi oi...." He said, "I-I think I'm getting fired up....."

Atop of a ship on the massive fleet, August stood at the front of the deck. He was looking down at the city of Magnolia with a serious look on his face.
"Hmm...." He said simply
Suddenly, there was a massive swirl of black energy that appeared behind him.
"Good job in defeating your opponents, August." Zeref's voice said, "Saved us a ton of trouble....."
Zeref then slowly appeared from the swirl, a smug smile on his face as his eyes were fierce crimson.
August slightly bowed, "Your Majesty." He said, "It was only expected of me, Your Shield. But I must voice my displeasure of Neinhart and Dimaria's failures. To think that after giving them that many forces they would still fall...."
Zeref walked up to him, "Worry not." He said, "It's fine. If they're dead, I can simply reanimate them using That forbidden spell."
"But Your Majesty, that spell uses too much power, you must not bother." August said, "I may be displeased, but not discouraged. We are more than enough to destroy this city and retrieve Fairy Heart."
"I like that attitude." Zeref said, "Oh....Here she is."
They both looked up to see a massive black dragon flying above. Sitting atop of Erion, Irene looked down with a smile.
"And she brought the beast..." August said
As Erion landed on the ship, the soldiers on the deck scurried away in fear. Erion let out a low growl as he glared at the soldiers while he crouched down so Irene could get off.
"Set me down gently my dear." Irene said with a smile while she climbed off
"Irene." Zeref said, "Good job in retrieving the Dragon. It'll prove useful."
Irene walked up to August and Zeref as she held her staff, "I merely got my child back, Your Majesty." She said, "Any mother would've done the same."
"You? A Mother?" August said, "It's like I don't know you, Irene."
Irene scowled at him, "I'd watch my tone if I were you, Boy." She said with an irritated tone, "Need I remind you that you were but a crying little runt when I found you and took you to His Majesty? The only reason you're The General is because I allowed it."
August didn't respond to this as Zeref cleared his throat.
"Let's focus on the objective." He said, "Magnolia is defenseless. Our vanguard forces were enough to weaken their artilleries and other barriers. With this amount of manpower, it'll be enough to overwhelm them."
August nodded, "Indeed." He said, "Must I perform that spell?"
"If you need to." Zeref said with a smile,
"Rain destruction on them."
