Fairy Tail-Lemons: Transmigrated In Order To Sleep With Babes: Meeting With The Council
🕑 Added 2023-11-23 15:15:00 +0000 UTC(Jason's POV)
"Hey, who's this?" One of the magic council grunts asked me
He was referring to Igora who was behind me. We were at a building in the middle of nowhere, it was a tightly secure safehouse that Jellal told me about. This was where the meeting was going to take place with the Council. It was going to be Me, Jellal, some high-ranking Council members, and a few Wizard Saints.
"She's with me, let her through," I said
"Uh, no." the grunt said with a scowl, "Only you..."
I walked past him and shoved him out of the way, "Man, get the fuck outta the way.” I said as he fell down to the ground
Igora chuckled, "What's his problem?" She said as she walked behind me
I shrugged, "Stuck up pricks." I said
As I entered the room, I noticed a massive table that had several posh-looking people sitting on it. I imagined those were the high-ranking council members. I didn't see the Chairman, I guess he wasn't attending.
Jellal sat on one of the tables with his arms crossed.
I stood there, giving them all a frown, "What's this atmosphere?" I said, "Reeks of misery."
Jellal didn't say anything, only shook his head.
"Take a seat, please." I heard one of the high-ranking members say
It was an elderly looking woman, she was wearing a formal dress and glasses. She gestured over to one of the chairs near Jellal, who sat across from them.
I walked over and sat down as Igora also took a seat next to me.
"Who's this companion of yours?" One of the other members asked
He was an elderly man, wearing the usual wizard outfit. He had a serious scowl on his face as he looked at Igora.
"Don't worry about it, old man." I said as I leaned on my arm, "Let's get this started, I got things to do and places to be."
"Now, now!!" I heard an annoying voice say, "Don't be so rash!"
I turned to see God Serena walk up to the table with an annoying grin on his face.
"Not this guy." I muttered
"Jason!!" He said as he struck a pose, "It is I, Eight Dragons God Serena!"
"I know who you are..." I said with an annoyed tone
"It appears Jason really did arrive." I heard another voice say
Behind him, Hyberion, the Rank 2 Wizard Saint walked over. He was wearing a formal outfit with a large overcoat on top of it.
He and God Serena both took their seats.
"Hm.." I said
One of the High-Ranking members looked at me, "Does the sight of the Wizard Saints you fought make you uncomfortable?" He asked
This time it was a younger-looking fella, in his mid-forties at the very least.
I looked at him, "What do you care?"
Before he replied, Hyberion spoke up.
"Please do not attempt to rile this man up, Councilman." He said, "He's not to be trifled with. I rather not engage in another scuffle."
God Serena scoffed, "I would like to." He said, "Hey, if it isn't Jellal!! The guy who masqueraded as one of us, Hyberion!"
"Yes, I know who he is." Hyberion said
I looked at Jellal, who was still looking away without saying a word.
"Good, we're all here." a voice said
I turned to see the Chairman walk up to the table and sit at the head.
He then cleared his throat and looked over at me, "Okay, I'll make this very quick." He said, "First order of business, Jason."
I raised an eyebrow, "Yea?"
"I hereby formally offer a position as a Wizard Saint." He said as he looked at me, "Again."
"Rejected." I said, "No thanks."
Igora looked at me, "Is...that an important position..?"
I shrugged, "Only a little bit. The old man Makarov is one." He said, "It signifies 10 of the strongest Mages in the country but I say its overrated. Jellal here was one in the past."
Igora nodded, "I see..." She said, "The title wouldn't suit you then..."
The chairman, "How so?" He asked, "And who are you?"
Igora smirked at him, "Doesn't matter who I am." She said, "But Jason here is at a level beyond Wizard Saint."
"Ha!" God Serena laughed, "As if!! Keep dreaming, Jason! Oh wait, I had you dreaming on our first encounter!!"
I gave him a scowl, "Maybe we ought to run it back to see who'll be on the ground dreaming, Serena." I said seriously, "I'll rip you to shreds..."
He smirked, "Oh really?" He said, "Well I'll glady-"
"Not here." the chairman said, "Jason, if you wish to not be one, that is fine. But that brings us to our next topic."
I nodded, "Alvarez."
He looked at me, "You understand they've been making threats, right?" He asked, "And they've mentioned how they wish to recruit you...."
I nodded, "Yea, but I haven't had contact with them in months." I said
He raised an eyebrow, "You've had contact with them?" He asked
"Yea, I fought one of their Shields or whatever." I said, "Wahl Icht. But the fight went nowhere and he left."
"W-Was this...." He said, "Was this in Fiore?"
I nodded, "Yea."
The others widened their eyes in shock as they began to murmur amongst themselves.
"And you didn't bother to report it?" The chairman said with a shocked face
"No." I said truthfully, "I didn't give a shit. He retreated."
There's more to the story but that's none of their business.
The chairman cleared his throat, "Okay.." He said, "Well, let's continue with the topic. They wish to recruit you and establish you as a Shield. They've made that clear. Another thing is that they want your kind of power to counter one of our weapons."
"Etherion." I said
He nodded, "You know of it?"
I gestured over to Jellal, "Didn't this guy here trick you idiots into firing it at him?" I said, "Only to fuel the Tower of Heaven to resurrect a very clearly living Zeref?"
Jellal gave me a scowl, but didn't say a word.
The Chairman sighed, "T-That is true. " he said, "But we're past that...."
"I don't give two shits about Etherion.." I said, "What could Alvarez do to have me counter it?"
"That's our question." He said, "Do you have anything to counter Etherion?"
"Not counter..." I said rubbing my neck, "But match it..."
The other council members began to murmur among each other. They clearly didn't like what was coming out of our mouth.
I looked at them, "Hey, Ima be honest." I said, "I'm not a risk to the country or anything. Hell, I'll make a deal with you right here right now."
The Chairman looked at me, "What is it?"
I gave him a serious look, "Let me handle Silver and Hades my way." I said, "And Avatar too. I know Jellal has filled you in on that situation."
The chairman returned the serious look, "And if we do that?" He said, "What will you do in return?"
I chuckled, "I'll do you guys a hell of a favor...." I said, "If War with Alvarez does break out...."
"I'll have this whole country prepared."
