"Ultear?" I said seriously as I let out an aura, "You mean Grimoire Heart's Ultear?? Then that must mean, that pink-haired girl is...!"
"No, Jason, wait!" Gray grabbed my shoulder, "Easy! Let me explain!"
I looked at him, "Explain what?"
"They're with me." I turned to see Jellal walk up to us
I narrowed my eyes, "Jellal Fernandez...." I said, "So the rumors are true...you're gathering dark mages to join you...."
Lucy looked at me, "We...uhm....Erza and Jellal had already spoken about this." She said, "These are Crime Sorciere, they're an unofficial guild. Jellal is the master."
I shook Gray's hand off of me and I walked over to Jellal who gave me a serious look.
"You." I said seriously, "Give me one good reason I shouldn't bust their faces open...Those two are members of the 7 King of Purgatory!"
"Jason!" Gray exclaimed
"Former members." Jellal said simply, "After an incident with Grimoire Heart, they defected and are now with me. I can assure you that they pose no threat to you."
"My my...." Ultear said walking up to me, "This one looks very tense. You should think of relaxing, wouldn't you?"
"Ultear." Jellal said seriously, "Please show some respect. This man lost his unborn child. Your former associate Zancrow, attacked and injured the mother of his child, causing a miscarriage."
I saw her eyes slightly widen with surprise, "Oh." She said, "I didn't know..."
"You know?" I asked Jellal
He nodded, "I was tracking Grimoire Heart prior to that attack." He said, "Erza told me about the details. I am sorry for your loss."
I scoffed, "Fuck off." I said turning around and walking towards the campfire, "If you don't have Zancrow's location for me, I suggest you don't waste my time."
"Jason..." Lucy said
As I walked, I saw Ultear appear in front of me as she gave me a smile.
"What." I said
"You're a tall man...." she said, "And you possess an obscene amount of dark magic. Could it be.....you possess Lost Magic?"
I gave her a serious look, "What of it?"
She patted my chest, "Listen, Jason, is it?" she said, "With your mind clouded like that, you won't be able to focus."
"Ultear." Jellal said, "I told you to-"
"Relax." Ultear said, "Meredy."
Suddenly, I felt something strike my arm.
I raised it and saw a pink ring of light surround my wrist.
"What is this?" I said
Suddenly, I felt my entire body relax completely. The emotion of anger suddenly began to disappear.
"What did you do?" I asked
"My Maguilty Magic." I heard Meredy say."
"Meredy!" Jellal exclaimed, "Why'd you do that?"
"I'm doing this for our safety, Jellal." Meredy said, "He possesses an obscene amount of dark magic power like Ultear-san said. And he's really tense and mad. What if he just snaps and attacks us??"
I looked at her with a blank face. I wanted to be mad but I just couldn't. Was this one of her spells? Did she just force me to calm down?
"I understand that you just experienced a loss." Ultear said, "But if you wish to track down my former guild, I suggest you do it with a relaxed mind and body."
"Ultear." Gray said, "I really recommend doing what you plan on doing quickly. Because if that spell wears out, I don't guarantee that he won't attack you."
I saw as Lucy nodded and looked at Jellal, "They're going to talk to them, right?" She asked
"Ultear is." Jellal said, "You two can come with us."
***************************************
"Why am I here?" I said as Ultear sat across from me
I looked at my wrist. It still had the ring of light, I can only assume that this spell will keep my emotions dulled. I didn't feel much other than just pure calmness. I couldn't even get mad at this even if I wanted to. And I wanted to.
There was so much bullshit going on and I didn't want to deal with more.
She smiled, "I wish to speak with you." She said
"About?" I asked
She leaned in on her arms, "Tartaros." She said
I raised an eyebrow, "What?"
"I heard of what you did." She said, "You managed to rewrite two of Zeref's demons....how did you do that?"
I shrugged, "I don't think I need to tell you." I said
"And then there's Silver...." She said, "Have you told Gray about him?"
"No." I said, "Have you?"
I can only assume she knows the truth about Silver. I mean, if she asked that question, she must know.
She shook her head, "No." She said, "I don't think he's ready for that."
"Then why are we still talking?" I said, "I don't have time for this."
She chuckled, "Well, I am really curious about how you rewrote those demons." She said, "You do know that Zeref will more than likely take an interest in you for that, right?"
I shrugged, "I don't care." I said, "I do things because I want to. I couldn't care less what they have to think about it."
She looked at me, "Jason." she said, "I really am curious about that...."
"Well, too bad." I told her, "I'm not budging."
"What if I were to tell you that I know where Zancrow is?" She said
I widened my eyes, "Tell me, now." I said, "Where is that bastard??"
It was a weird sensation, really. Despite not being mad even if I wanted to, I still wanted to know where that bastard was. I wanted to be so mad, but I just couldn't.
"It's not so simple." Ultear said as she stood up and walked over to me, "Unless...."
I looked at her, "Unless what?"
She then sat on my lap and wrapped her arms around my shoulder.
"We strike a deal." She said, "The first one to cum must give out the information."
"You're joking," I said
She chuckled, "Oh, I'm serious." she said as she gently stroked my cheek, "I am dead serious. Besides, I can tell you're in need of a serious distraction."
I sighed, "Are we really gonna do this?" I said, "I just lost a kid."
She smiled, "Are you married? I mean, I know what you've done." she said
I shook my head, "Not married."
"In a relationship?" She asked
"Kinda." I said, "But it's open. I can have sex with others."
She chuckled, "Then what's the issue?"
I thought about it hard. I mean, there was no issue with having sex right now. Aside from the fact that I just lost an unborn child to a piece of shit that deserves to get his fucking face bashed in.
"This is only for information." Ultear continued, "Trust me, it'll feel good."
I sighed,
"What the hell."
