🕑 Added 2023-08-21 20:45:42 +0000 UTC(3rd Person POV)
Jason readied a stance as he let out an intense aura. Suzaku merely looked at him with a serious face.
"You bastard," Jason growled
Silver chuckled, "I'll leave you to it." He said before teleporting away
Jason looked at the spot where Silver was, "That fucking guy!!" He said
"Mine Master ordered me to aid Tartaros in their plan." Suzaku said as he took a step forward, "But now that Tartaros is finished, there is no reason for me to be here."
Jason narrowed his eyes, "What's your goal?"
Suzaku said, "We were promised the flesh of The Dragon King." He simply said, "But now that that is no longer possible, I shall take my leave."
He then gave him a serious glare, releasing an obscene amount of Magic Power.
"That is...." Suzaku continued, "After I finish what I started. Thou did well....surviving my blade....But mine blade wishes to cut through your flesh once more..."
Jason proceeded to cast a spell.
"All Hands, Nothing Else!!"
Before the spell could take effect, Jason's chest was cut open. The immense amount of damage from the attack Suzaku hit Jason with caused the spell to be interrupted, somehow.
"Gahh!"Jason yelled out in pain as Suzaku readied a stance
"It appears mine blade has reached you, yet again." He said, "Thou are a formidable one. I aimed to slay you with that attack."
Jason glared at him as he placed his hand on the open cut.
"Moderate Heal."
The wound was then healed moderately, closing as Suzaku merely watched.
Jason then released a crimson aura as he lunged at Suzaku. He appeared in front of the Dragon Slayer and readied a punch.
Suzaku sensed an immense amount of power coming from Jason, but he was ready.
In an instant, he drew his blade.
Jason dodged the blade, as he stepped away, he widened his eyes to see a massive cut in the cliff. It ran all the way down the mountain they were at. It had appeared in an instant when Suzaku drew his sword to counter Jason.
Jason realized that Suzaku's destructive power was far greater than he accounted for. He then straightened himself up as Suzaku followed up with another swing.
"Tch!" Jason said as Suzaku swung his sword at him
"Obliteration Style: True Fist!!"
Jason met Suzaku's blade with his fist, the clash created an immense shockwave that shattered the ground they stood on, creating a crater.
Suzaku widened his eyes in surprise, not expecting Jason to match the swing of his sword with an insane amount of power.
Jason then reared back and followed up another attack.
"Obliteration Style: Gatling Cannon!!!"
In an instant, Jason unleashed a barrage of punches so fast that afterimages were created. The punches were enhanced with an obscene amount of True Damage that when they hit Suzaku, the shockwaves were powerful enough to push the Dragon Slayer back and draw an unexpected amount of blood. He was sent a couple of feet away from Jason. The force of the attack further shattered the ground, causing an even bigger crater.
Suzaku sheathed his blade as he composed himself.
"What speed!" Suzaku said as his nose bled, "I couldn't react at all!! Thine power has increased since last time!"
Jason then prepared to lunge at Suzaku, "Of course it did!"
He lunged at the swordsman.
Suzaku, however, was prepared for this.
"Such a shame, though." He said as he placed his hand on the handle of his sword, "With thine insane magic power, thou could've become a formidable Dragon Eater."
"Kurnugi Style Sword Drawing Art:"
As Jason reached Suzaku, he widened his eyes in shock, understanding what the rising magic power meant. He was too late to pull back, though.
"Deposing of The Realm of Dead."
In an instant, Suzaku created a dark aura along with countless slices in his vicinity, shredding everything that was in it. The attack destroyed everything around the Vermillion Dragon, causing a massive cloud of dust and debris.
Jason was caught in it, suffering an insane amount of cuts. He was sent flying back as he struggled to stay conscious.
"F-Fuck..." Jason said as he hit the ground
"Life Return."
Jason casted the regeneration spell. However, the spell wasn't fast enough for what followed.
Suzaku appeared before him in an instant.
"Underworld Purgatory Dance."
Suzaku drew his sword and then sliced Jason with multiple instantaneous slashes across his entire body. Due to the attack being one of a Dragon Slayer, one who wielded the power of a Dragon, who's power defied normal logic, Life Return's effects were canceled.
Jason coughed up blood, "N-Not again..."
Suzaku sheathed his blade as Jason fell to the ground, a pool of blood forming around.
"Mine intention is not to kill thou." The Dragon Slayer said, "It is to test how strong thou can become. I shall return to mine country, mine guild, mine home. There, thine destiny awaits. I can smell it, thine true power."
Jason slowly lost consciousness, but he was able to hear what Suzaku said.
"Thine power is Latent Power." Suzaku said as he turned around and walked away, "Thou hast the potential to become anything thine desires. Thine latent power isn't fully realized. I shall await thou."
"Become a Dragon Eater."
