"Curse you!!" Mard Geer said, "But the odds are still against you!"
Jason raised his eyebrow, "How so?"
Mard Geer jumped away, "Jiemma!"
From behind him, a figure launched itself at Jason.
Jason blocked a massive fist.
"What?" He said, "You!"
Jiemma Orland, who was demonized, had launched an attack on Jason.
"Keep him busy as I heal myself, my servant." Mard Geer said as he launched several thorn vines at unconscious soldiers, "I expect you're more than capable of that."
"Of course, my lord." Jiemma said, "For a weak and frail bastard like him, filled with wounds, it'll be child's play."
Jason coughed up blood and watched as Mard Geer was performing an unknown technique to drain the soldiers' blood and slowly healed.
Jiemma's fists then glowed purple and a massive explosion erupted, sending Jason reeling back. Jason's arms were covered in smoke as he looked at Jiemma. He noticed as the wounds caused by the sure-hit were slowly closing.
Jason then placed his hand on his chest.
"Moderate Heal."
His body was covered in a green mist, slowly healing his wounds.
"Hm." Jiemma said as he readied a stance, "You think that you can handle me with moderately healed wounds? Such an arrogant child you are!!"
He then lunged at Jason, covering his entire fist with a massive purple orb. This was an absurd amount of Blast Magic that the former master of Sabertooth wielded. Enhanced by the demonic powers granted to him by Mard Geer, Jiemma aimed to completely destroy his opponent.
Jason dodged the fist and used a kick to divert the attack upwards.
Jiemma released a massive purple beam of blast magic that completely destroyed the ceiling, causing a great amount of debris to fall down.
"Your Majesty!!" Arcadios exclaimed as he went to shield the King and the Princess
Jason readied a stance.
"Obliteration Style: Omni-Direction Cannons."
In an instant, Jason unleased a barrage of long ranged attacks caused by punching all around him. The massive amount of true damage used allowed for the attacks to land on the debris and completely destroy them. The attack also hit Jiemma multiple times on his body, sending him flying back.
When Jason saw that all of the collapsing debris was gone and the danger of it crushing the King and Princess was gone, he immediately rushed past Jiemma who was stumbling.
He the launched himself at Mard Geer and struck him with a kick.
"Obliteration Style: True Leg Cannon!!"
The blow caused Mard Geer's healing process to be interrupted, sending the demon flying back and past the doorway into the hallway.
Before Jason could follow up, he felt Jiemma grab him from behind. Jiemma then flung him backwards in which Jason easily landed on his feet.
Jiemma, who was bleeding, lunged at Jason who was ready for him.
"Obliteration Style: Thousand-Flash Explosive Flurry!!"
In an instant, Jason hit Jiemma with a barrage of kicks so fast that it created afterimages. The shockwaves caused by the attack were so powerful that they caused Jiemma's skin and muscle to explode, causing blood to spew everywhere. Jiemma was then sent reeling back as the old man had braced himself.
His entire body was covered in massive injuries that struggled to close due to Jason's True Damage. He was bleeding all over and his body trembled.
"It appears you are stronger than I imagined." Jiemma managed, "Well, considering you possess wounds on the same level as mine, I suppose you won't survive this attack."
Jiemma then covered his body in a bright purple orb.
Jason widened his eyes as he felt his magic power rise. He then watched as the orb slowly shrunk and saw as Jiemma extended his arms forward. The orb then shrunk and was fully compressed in between his open palms.
"This is..." Jason said, "This ain't good. I have to tank that. If I don't, the King and The Princess behind me will die."
Jason readied a defensive stance as Jiemma readied the Blast Magic.
"Blast Magic: Absolute Cannon."
Jiemma fired the attack straight at Jason who braced himself.
Suddenly, the attack was caught in a distortion in the air.
Jason widened his eyes and watched as a hole opened above the space where the attack hit and saw the massive purple beam fire straight up into the open air.
Jason then saw as the attack caused a massive explosion several hundred feet above the palace.
"What the..." He said
He then saw Minerva appearing in front of him.
Jiemma saw this and widened his eyes, "Daughter!"
Minerva who had tears in her eyes had her fists covered in her magic.
"Father...." She said, "You...you deceived me!! You weren't murdered! You joined Tartaros!!"
Jiemma nodded, "I did." He said, "In order to survive and gain absolute power, I did what must've been done."
Jiemma then sensed something and jumped out of the way.
"Dea Yggdrasil."
Suddenly, a massive wooden beam shot through the doorway and straight at Minerva.
Before Minerva could react, Jason appeared in front of him and punched at the wooden beam destroying a portion of it.
Jason then lunged at the remaining part of the beam and unleashed a barrage of attacks, completely destroying it.
He then landed on the ground and looked at Minerva, "Can I leave you to that guy?!" He asked
Minerva nodded as Jiemma lunged at her, "Leave it to me." She said snapping her fingers
Suddenly, they both disappeared.
Jason then turned to see Mard Geer punch Jason in the face, sending him flying. Jason landed straight on the ground with a thud. His wounds opened again and blood spewed out, smearing the floor.
Mard Geer then released an immense amount of curse power.
"Someone as resilient as you shall receive my ultimate technique!" Mard Geer said as he waved his hands at Jason, "With both of our injuries caused by that domain, it is futile to attempt to prolong the fight. I will end this!!!"
Mist then began to envelop Jason as he got onto his knees.
"What is this?" Jason said as blood covered his eye
"Memento Mori."
Suddenly, a massive stream of spirits shot straight up into the sky as they engulfed Jason. The spirits then glowed brightly as Mard Geer cast his ultimate Curse.
"With this, your mere existence is erased!!!" Mard Geer said, "I cannot believe you made me use it..."
Mard Geer then collapsed to his knees, blood spewing out of the wounds caused by the collapse of the domain. The stream of spirits were beginning to die down.
"Curse that spell." He said, "Mard Geer is now terribly wounded....and the casting of Memento Mori caused my body to exert itself."
"Good." a voice said
Mard Geer widened his eyes and looked at a figure launching itself through the stream of souls.
"WHAT?!?!" He exclaimed as Jason appeared right in front of him
His body was covered in blood but a crimson aura still emanated from him.
"Obliteration Style: Destructive Kill!!"
Jason struck Mard Geer with a devastating straight punch that unleashed all of his True Damage into a single point, causing a massive explosion of pure True Damage. The attack was so powerful that it completely obliterated Mard Geer's right side, his body exploding apart.
His arm was flying out as his wing was crumbling, a massive hole replacing the right side of the body.
The Underworld King merely had his eyes filled with shock as he collapsed on his back, a pool of blood forming around him.
"H-How.." Mard Geer said
Jason panted as he looked at the demon. His body reverted to its default form as blood came out of his mouth.
"You said that spell erases my existence." Jason said, "Maybe it didn't work on me because my existence is an anomaly..."
Mard Geer shed a tear, "This is it...." He said as he quickly accepted his fate, "All of this....for nothing...."
Jason sat down, completely exhausted. His body was completely filled with wounds and blood.
"All this for you to die..." Jason said, "Now...give me back my servants...."
Mard Geer shook his head slowly, "It is too late...." He said, "They should've been reverted back to their original selves...."
Jason glared at him, "You fucking bastard!!"
Mard Geer smiled, "All this...to awaken my master...." He said, "In order to return to Zeref.....and grant him his wish......"
Jason was about to say something when Silver suddenly appeared.
He widened his eyes in shock, "Shit!!"
"Heh." Silver said, "Relax."
Silver then summoned an ice sword and drove it through Mard Geer's head, killing him.
Jason looked at him, "W-Wha...."
Silver then froze Mard Geer's body and gave Jason a salute.
"Later." He said
He crouched down and he disappeared with Mard Geer's body.
Jason watched the empty space with his mouth open.
"What..." He said,
"What the fuck was that?!"
