At first I thought the voice was over the top but I knew a guy who was obsessed with 80s sound systems and he sounded like this lmao

This episode makes me emotional every time
Red Menace
even in 98 it would have been nostalgic as dvds came out in 95 and were already becoming mainstream/popular.
Jet Man
Honestly, I would have been more surprised if we DIDN'T get a Tangent Tony moment in the VHS/Beta episode. It was built for the purpose of nostalgia.
Red Menace
god, time capsules, do people even do that even more? when i was a kid i wrote a letter to myself and buried it in the back yard! Also calling vhs a primordial technology, so old, i remember when i was in high school and flat screen televisions were just starting to come out, and my mom was so proud she could afford a "half flat" tv with a built in vhs and dvd player, god, thats literally multiple decades ago, where has the time gone!?
