Good News and Bad News, and then more Good News

Here's the good news: there's lots of good stuff coming to Haremon!
New dates
As you can see above, there's some new Date locations in the works (finally!) There are four new locations that will be implemented over the course of several builds. I decided to only spoil one of them here, but the rest are looking great too!
The one you can see above is Longwood Gardens, a botanical garden full of all sorts of flowers and nature-y things. In addition to going on dates here, you'll also be able to use this location to plant seeds, allowing you to farm flowers, fruit, and other stuff too!
Oh, and I guess you also know what the cerberus's alternate outfit looks like now ;)
Redrawn backgrounds
The first 3 dungeons (Forest, Plains, and Caverns) have been redrawn from scratch! I'm really happy with how the new versions turned out! They add a lot of personality to these locations, and do a much better job of representing the various events that take place in each location -- for example, you can see the Lover's Tree on the plains, and there's plenty of mushrooms and berries visible in the forest.
They look really nice in-game, too!
New CGs
There are plenty of new CGs coming soon, including Vex's Lover scene, the cerberus's H scene, the seraph's H scene, a secret H scene, a redrawn bunnygirl H scene, and more! Here's a few sketches/previews to whet your appetite.
Chapter 2
Of course, the Chapter 2 update is coming soon, too. Unfortunately, any screenshots from Chapter 2 contain spoilers, but here's a quick rundown of what you can expect:
- 2 new Haremon
- 2 new H scenes
- A new texting CG
- A new story CG
- 3 brand-new monster types
- 2 new monster variants
- A new boss
- 2 new dungeons with a bunch of new events, plus 2 non-dungeon environments
- A new story NPC
- Dozens of new story scenes
- Tons of new items and techniques
- 5 new music tracks
That brings us to the bad news. Chapter 2 is still not done. There are many reasons for this, from all the stressful and time-consuming shit happening in my personal life, to severely underestimating the time it would take for me and the rest of the team to get certain content finished, to the scope of the update expanding past my original plan.
This will be the second month in a row that this update will be delayed. I feel awful about that, and I've been considering pausing pledges for December since I haven't delivered rewards this month or last. However, I chatted with some patrons about this on Discord, and I've decided to continue pledges as normal; since there's a bunch of new art and VA still being commissioned behind the scenes, rest assured that your pledges are being put to good use, even though these two months have been without a build. Still, if you'd like to pause your own pledge for now, I completely understand and support that choice. You can even ask me for a refund for this month, and I'll happily oblige.
That being said, you have my word that this update WILL be finished in December, and hopefully within the first week or two. There's still some unsteadiness in my personal life right now, but I'm going to work my ass off to get this finished as soon as possible. I really hope it will be worth the wait.
Beyond that, I definitely owe you guys big-time for missing two monthly updates in a row. I'll try to think of something to make it up to you.
Now for the last bit of good news!
There's another new Haremon on the way! Her art was just finished today, and I'm really excited to announce her. I'm not quite ready for an official reveal just yet, but I thought I'd give you guys a little sneak peak before I post a public reveal sometime in the next few days.
This particular Haremon is one I'm really excited for, and I hope you will be, too. If you have an idea of who/what she is, feel free to speculate! But I won't comment on it until I'm ready to post an official reveal.
Alright. I hope this update is enough to keep you tied over until Chapter 2 finally drops. In the meantime, I really do appreciate each and every one of you, and I hope you'll look forward to what's to come for Haremon!

You could date npcs date i ln the new date locations. But as long as all of them can be fucked, that's good enough. I'm looking forward to fucking Laurel and Annie

Any idea when Chapter 2 will be available?

I'm focusing on the Haremon themselves at the moment, but a lot of people really wanna bang Annie (myself included) so I will try to make that happen soon. As far as actual Dates, I'm not sure if NPCs will be dateable in the foreseeable future; for one thing, Annie and the other NPCs appearing at the beach and restaurant makes it a little complicated, and the NPCs also have story reasons they can't really be dated like the other girls. For those reasons, dating NPCs and making them your Lover may well end up being a postgame or NG+ thing. tl;dr NPCs won't be dateable (at least for now) but they will start getting H scenes in the near-ish future.
