Hey thanks! You might soon get used to the endless loop of me doing testing and pausing billing cycles *ahem* I feel my mindset is still tilting too much towards illustrating rather than focus on the storytelling, might need some more time to adjust myself.

Thanks for your thoughts about my sketches<3 I always prefer my sketches over inkings haha! So, hmmm, maybe perfectionism is not the main block here. It's more like 'my sketches sometimes are too messy to read, but inking takes too much time and the result kills the charm of my drawing' Ah I didn't state clearly why I haven't directly use sketches as a finishing form, because my sketches still sometimes became unreadable (which I didn't show in the doodles), and the sketching brushes are behaving uncontrollably for unknown reasons :/ I guess it could be improved by changing some steps of my workflow and adjusting brush settings, but it requires more tests.

These are all so lovely to look at. I hope you figure out your workflow. It is difficult finding something time manageable that also still suits your vision. I am sure whatever you settle on will be great. I do think Ver 2 is more expressive. Good luck <3

That's all right! I think it's more important for the artist to explore and enjoy the process. I also notice your sketches are always more dynamic and lively. At this point, I suspect that it's more about the difference in mindset while sketching vs inking. I have the slightest feeling there is more stress and perfectionism involved during the inking phase, but I may be wrong^^;
