should I announce the vacation close the 10,000 yen plan and clear all the work in the past first?
or should I keep going like this and add compensation?

I already try my best to have relaxation time and health, but it is really hard when facing a lot of problems desu. after the Paypal war and now the manager-san war that does not really know how it's gonna end yet desu. but you are right about having fun desu. having fun is the main part of my policy after all desu. no point earning the new era without me having fun desu. I will be sure to keep reminding myself that desu. thank you for your opinion ne.

Once I entered the account of a person who always live stream for three and four hours drawing with the Blender program, but he does not accomplish much and always makes mistakes. he told me that I feel joy and fun in my drawing and work and i love it, despite this, and on top of that, I learn and try to improve my work. I see, Maxi, that you should not make your drawing like work, but rather feel it with love and fun more than putting pressure on yourself, and you will accomplish what is important, not the quantity, but the value that makes you and your followers happy.

i believe that i learned a lot from enfj that manager-san to understand about the common ground more for teamwork desu. but as infj and my agenda it's still high standards desu. i do not mind some weak people in my crew but i will never get along with people who refuse to move forward or people with low motivation desu. it's just not about me believing in myself it's about me believe that i will find the crew member i want or not desu. it's not gamble for me because it's to prove this theory desu. and am i believe in myself or not ? i have to say that i am the type of person who pay with my life to walk on the hentai route desu. no doubt can pay with anything for the new era desu. i just hope that everyone understands what they're support desu. and thanks for your opinion ne.
