Working fine for me. So if I had to guess something is messing with your scene.

Doggy dp animations have a tendency to freeze up; well animation doesn't freeze but the excitement bar does. It only happens on the bend over 1 ( final stage). Can only correct it by using Osearch and selecting a different position the numpad keys stop working.
