Well, it looks like our host can't handle the number of entries and download attempts in the launcher, It reached its capacity limit very quickly. We're going to work on it and expand its capacity. This doesn't affect the release dates btw. In the worst case scenario we will upload the 0.11 as we usually do, full size .rar and APK files.
