Peep Show: Series 3 Episode 5
🕑 Added 2025-10-01 11:00:05 +0000 UTCI would love to say I was surprised with the whole Jeremy situation but unfortunately I am not lol. I am surprised about Sophie's transformation though, but in hindsight that weird dance class from the beginning. I wonder if Sophie will actually get fired or take Mark's "helpful words" as advice.

I have the same accent as Carla 😅

not bad, but shame the woman in the video thinks Ewan McGregor is from Edinburgh and that Robert Burns is from the highlands

Accents... Basically, if they sound weird, it's because they're from up north somewhere, or Wales, or East Anglia, or the South West, which is all the same thing. If you have trouble understanding them, just ignore them. They're not online yet anyway.

Man, what an episode lol.

There’s countless accents over here. If you go 20 miles, then accent is different. That actress is from 5 miles away from me, but while similar, my accent is subtly different to hers. Edit Think yourself lucky Siri sort of works for you. It hasn’t got a clue what I say!!! Damn voice recognition technology can’t understand my accent!! How racist! 😂

She has a Geordie accent https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oSHHbfY6MVc

Get Gemini on your iPhone and apply it to the action button...much better than Siri...and that woman is Tracy Whitwell, she's from Gateshead which is in the north east of England.

I've never done jury duty (a friend avoided it in a similar way to you) but I was once a witness for the prosecution in a kidnapping trial. Then on the morning of my day in court I got a phone call telling me that he'd changed his plea and gone guilty on a lesser charge. Huge relief, firstly because I knew that it was going to be extremely boring, and secondly because I sort of knew the defendant. Weird episode all round. Also, Siri can get in the bin. I don't use it but keep accidentally setting it off by saying words that sound a bit like Siri.
