Hello everyone! 🙋♂️
🕑 Added 2025-09-11 03:43:37 +0000 UTCToday I went to town to bring the test results I had done a few days ago to the doctor. It seems the toll from 5 or 6 years of total inactivity is finally catching up with me.
Slightly high cholesterol
Slightly high triglycerides
Low testosterone
Level 1 fatty liver
Slightly low blood pressure
Aside from these physical issues, I feel the hardest part has been my mental health, from spending too much time in front of the screen. The doctor said I’m showing clear signs of burnout and depression.
Starting tomorrow, I’ll begin the new routine I mentioned in my previous message (working on illustrations in the morning and exercising in the afternoon). I truly hope it will help me feel better.
Thank you all so much for your support and understanding—it really means a lot to me. 🙏

My advice: be patient with yourself. Stay with your new routine and give it time to work and show benefits.
