🕑 Added 2025-09-10 03:40:37 +0000 UTCUnfortunately, only a few people responded to my survey, and even though I mentioned that I’m not feeling well, I’ll have to push myself to keep going anyway. Just by admitting this and showing some vulnerability, I’ve noticed that many people are already leaving.
I’ve been thinking about trying something I once discussed with my dear subscriber Shannon. I might change my daily routine—getting more movement, sunlight, and time outdoors. My plan is to work on illustrations in the morning, then after lunch spend some time moving around and taking better care of the farm. Later in the evening, if I’m not too tired, I could go back to working on the illustrations.
It may feel like I’ll have less time, but I believe that if I feel better, my work will become more productive. In any case, I’m looking for ways to improve this whole situation.
PS: My apologies to those whose emails and messages I haven’t answered yet. I’ll do my best to reply tomorrow.

That is good advice from Shannon! You should definitely take it! Sunshine, light, fresh air are all very healthy. Listening to relaxing and pleasant music is also helpful for feeling well and refreshed.
