Realistically most girls wouldn't let their man hang around other women casually, but in the context of this show it's not really a detriment to Sakuta's and Mai's relationship, because not even death can separate them (Dreaming girl). Mai doesn't have to worry about Sakuta being unfaithful because of all they've been through. But yeah in real life none of the shit Sakuta does would slide.

Mai is such a saint. She knows Sakuta is trying to help her and those around him, but the reality of the situation is that he is cancelling their plans to spend time with other girls. She must be angry and annoyed, but instead of taking it out on Sakuta she instead trusts their relationship and his motivations.

While I do agree Cara, that it has to be very frustrating for Mai. You do have to remember that especially in this most recent situation... apparently Mai is in danger. She knows that at the core Sakuta not only is selflessly trying to help people... but is also specifically trying to figure out what is going to put her in danger. So in reality he's looking out for her. But obviously, yeah, it's hella annoying that - as usual - Puberty Syndrome seems hell-bent on imposing complications on their relationship.
