Love it, sub is great, English is not my first language so "sub or dub" is not even a question, nothing against eng dub, seen FMAB dub from other reactors, it's not bad. So nice to see you stick with it too, not enough reactors choose sub for FMAB.

I’m normally like 99% of the time sub type of person but I think bc the characters are English and it’s a very English presenting show dub just makes so much sense there are like only a few shows I actually watch dub over sub for so this is actually the first time I’ve ever heard the sub for fma

Sub is always the answer. If English voice actors in anime didn't sound so cringe or fail to deliver the lines correctly more people would be watching them but they aren't.

More like explicitly the Nazi leader, there is no other person in German history that is directly associated with the title Führer besides that one guy. Though it should also be mentioned that this is a nuance that is likely result of translation as they actually say 大総統 "Daisōtō" which is more commonly translated as president though it's only historical use is for the President of China between 1912 and 1924. It's likely because in English the word president is heavily associated with democracy (and the term used to refer to e.g. the US president is 大統領 "Daitōryō") and this country is very clearly not a democracy. (That's likely also why some translation chose the double title of calling him "Führer President")

This is the show that made me realize that I'm not sub/dub, I'm whichever I saw first. Original Japanese FMA sounds so weird to me.

Just a heads up, King Bradley is his first and last name, his position is Fuhrer. It can be totally confusing when it sounds like he has two titles, until you realize that King is just his first name

There's are bloopers reels that you need to react to at the end of FMAB and they are hilarious. It's only in dub tho so you might want to switch lol

I only watch anime in sub, I will say though this anime does have a fantastic dub! And as a heads up, every reaction channel I've seen watch this show has been ordered by fans to react to the "blooper reel" at the end of the series where the dub cast made mistakes or ad libbed some funny lines, and that's only in dub. So if you go with sub the voices for the blooper reel will be unfamiliar. But it's a great watch either way and I do love sub, so watch how you prefer!

No problems if you choose to watch the sub. If you have time at any point, I do think you should give the first couple episodes in dub a try, just to see how you feel about it. No pressure though. Also, do we have a timeline for Fragrant Flower yet?
