She can't kill any of them without a personal item to make them vulnerable. So no, she could not have killed Akkun in that alley (who is the one who got stabbed multiple times - not one of the girls).

The girl in the alley is from Niko's night class, and in the manga she makes Ko her boyfriend for some pretty funny moments that unfortunately didnt make it in the anime, but at least they didn't completely erase her existence (she also appeared at the end of the introduction scene of the anime). So excited for the upcoming episodes. I personally think that Call of the Night only gets better from this arc onwards.
