Saying Horikita can't do anything is a bit of an exaggeration. She IS smart. She's just not as smart as she THINKS she is, which is a pretty big negative. That said, she is still one of the best scoring people in the whole class without fail. She's arrogant and assumes that because of that she is invincible. Honestly, this is exactly the kind of "Test" she should be scared of. At the end of the day it's kind of a popularity contest and a lot of people might just vote her because of the way she treats people in the class even though she raises the average. (That said, she also has a lot of "she kept us out of trouble at the start of the year" going for her; thanks to Ayanokoji.)

Yup the chairman getting suspended is just a small amount of power of what kiyopapa is capable of. I mean he made his butler unalive himself he’s that much of a threat. This exam there’s so many possibilities to take I can’t wait to see your reactions when the classes make their moves. It’s also hilarious that you realized Suzune is basically at the bottom with Sudo and yamauchi she can’t do anything. At this point it’s kiyopon and Kei running class C behind the scenes
