It's even funnier about Megumin and Emilia having the same VA the authors of Konosuba and Re-Zero are friends and that's why they both clad their MC in a tracksuit. Dullahan is from Irish mythology a being who carries their head around, like the Headless Horseman in the book Legend of Sleepy Hollow.
