This is the most elaborate way to say âyou canât come for me cause I will respond/itâs smoke for whoeverâ 1) giraffe necks draws the visual parallel from the chop trees cause the neck is long but heâs saying you canât be at his neck because: 2) the giraffe used to be the toys r us mascot but they closed down. So a) you literally canât come for him and b) heâs not âtoying aroundâ which leads to the point of the dial tone bar
