Skip and Loafer is another underrated show. It's more character drama/slice of life than romance though (just subtext) so maybe not right for this slot

Nah, gotta save it for later... Takagi-san must be watched after you watch a show that destroys you, so you can use it as the perfect heal for the soul. That's what healed me after binging Your Lie In April, Angel Beats, and Clannad, one after the other a few years ago, lol.

This is basically the entire manga. So that’s all we get of Tomo. Sign of Affection would be pick for the next Rom, it’s one of the sweetest ones I’ve seen and it involves college students.

Blue Box is one that came out recently that I think would be great. Is a Drama/Romance and not comedy so might not fit the slot though, not sure how loose you get with the specification.
