Seeing this twice even third time again.... it feels deeper in the haeart... you need to rewatch this anime again on April, so you can cry since Episode 1 as I did with your reactions.

You talking about living with a time limit reminds me of "I Want to Eat Your Pancreas". The ending being spoiled in the first scene, and Sakura being wholly up front with her condition with the main character.
