I mean, they didn't show it but they literally showed 2 of the "class leaders" discussing after the fact aspects of what they did to choose - which is really the only important detail honestly (for our year)

She hasn't been depicted in the White Room. Only thing shown is that she knows Ayanokoji is from the white room and that her father used to work with Ayanokoji's "dad". Cara/Prez are speculating/predicting she is from the White Room however

Was Sakayanagi ever actually in the whiteroom? Sakayanagi's dad did mention that he was Ayanokoji's dad's secretary. Maybe the younger Sakayanagi (the girl) only knows about the whiteroom cause of her own dad.
