I completely forgot about the To Love Ru reference. Man, I miss that series. To anyone who doesn't understand, it's an earlier harem-ecchi series that takes the crown for the lucky perv trope, and (maybe spoiler?) there's a girl who can control her hair and transform it into pretty much anything, including weapons, wings, etc.
