Hikkis using a pen grip in the ping pong scene. You guys should watch Ping Pong the anime. It's 11 ep long and just as good as Haikyuu. One of the other reacts I follow (sarah pavan) did a weekly watch along and they loved it!

YAAHALLOOOO!! 1- Prez was on it this ep, picked everything up right away. Except about Hikki hating every minute. He was having a blast, he's just acting like he's miserable bc its his way of giving Iroha shit back. Kinda like Yukino does to Hikki. 2-I love Irohas, shes a silly, smart, and fun little pain in the ass. I think she did Date Day not only as 'reference' and feedback for her with Hayata but more so to give Hikki a practice date bc she planned the whole newspaper "can you guys plz do it" to force Hikki and Y and/or Y on a date, and he already had the practice run so he wouldn't do something like go to the movies and see a different show. 3-she's the kinda girl other girls dislike /distrust before they really get to know her esp if their love interest/close friend's love interest is a Hikki friendship with her. But they love her when they get to know her. Yui and Yukino are team Iroha;they know she's just busting Hikki's balls and wants the best for him . They know who she is behind her front by now. And Y+Y know she is truly a Hayata gal, so they're not overly worried about Hikki and her (Yui maybe a little bit bc she's pretty insecure and really in touch with her feelings). Cara will come around on ol Irohas if she hasn't already by the end of this ep
