The thing about this show, and the books it's based off of is, it doesn't whitewash how painful and frustrating working through emotional issues can be, and how difficult it is to change engrained habits.

Important tbings to pay attention to before next ep: There is a lot happening because people want to protect something, they are afraid that confirming something out loud will destroy the group, they dont want to impose on eachother keeping themeselves at a distance in orde to avoid hurting each other. This will be very importan next ep.
