Sake is not a thing, Sake means alcohol so if you go to Japan and ask for Sake they won't understand since all alcohols are sake. And for the Names, the name of Bocchi is Hitori which means "Alone or One person" and her little sister is Futari which means "Two peoples, pair". They basically name their kids One and Two lol.

What’s dope af about this is that Kikuri has NEVER heard their song before. When Hitori was playing, she was basically free styling on bass. That tells all of us that even though she’s a silly drunk, she’s serious about music.

The alcohol is fine but playing without a license isn't you called out is indeed correct, public drinking is not forbidden in Japan, in fact, it is rather common

About the license, yeah in Japan they also need those. I'm not sure where but I think you go to the police station to get a license specifying the place, day and time you will play.

Random Facts: Bocchi's new teacher has a hand tattoo of the sun in the manga, but it was removed due to Japanese TV restrictions. And the big guitar pick she uses is called a Bachi. Which is slightly harder to use than a regular pick since you have to use your whole hand.
