It’s difficult to not feel some type of way when the ppl you trust have been hiding things from you and disguise their intentions as if it was the previous Avatar wishes when it wasn’t. I understand they probably had their reasons but it’s a matter of being honest and treating her with respect.

That's what happens when you lock someone up instead of letting them do their thing. But also she just found out that they were the reason this was the case. Plus she wants to be respected now that she is a fully realised Avatar.

The whole middle section of Korra is pretty "meh". It gets better in the last third.

Never got on the Korra bandwagon myself. Is it as good as Avatar? FYI I thought Avatar was very good, not great.
