IMO at this point Amane is totally fallen for her and is aware of it too. But given their initial interaction and set-up has been very clearly defined — Shiina is not Amane's type and Amane isn't attracted to her, she isn't interested in romance and is cooking only for the joy of seeing someone eat her cooking, etc, Amane hides his feelings.
