Well initially it's even worse for Kageyama than for normal players because of how absurdly precise he usually is, with others if they are a bit off they can compensate somewhat and it wont make too much of an impact but for Kageyama if he is even slightly off his best plays, especially the freak quick with Hinata, wont work as they should. Though Kageyama being Kageyama got back to his 100% way faster than others.

It's not that the court's a different size, it's that the ceiling is wayyy higher and that there's way more space around the court than a normal gym. Going from a small local gym to even a normal sized gym will throw you off. Your ability to track balls, and normal/instinctive feel for where the boundary lines are (even tho it's the same dimensions, all the extra space around the court throws off your perception) makes everything feel distorted. Adapting to an arena of that size creating problems for Kags shows you how much it can mess with normal players.

Kiyokooooooo I love that after she says "the players stopped being random ppl to me" it cuts to the FLY banner she found and cleaned up for them. She really is one of the best managers and cares for her team deeply.
