Bit late to point this out, but the three mage girls in this team were having drinks with the girl from the red gate team in a previous episode. These girls were saying how their team leader was a good guy, while the red gate girl could only claim that her team leader "wasn't a bad guy". That "not bad" guy became Iron. So the three mage girls here (redhead, glasses, and long hair) were referring to the captain of this raid as a genuinely good guy.

Yeah, it was not Jinwoo magic power but the boss magic power that was calculated. Actually the boss was curse mage type he was able to hide his aura, that's why previous readings were fake. You see him removing his mask to unleash the aura.

There is no great way of knowing. Assuming that Crunchyroll sticks with their simulcast promise, and JP does mesh the two episodes into one then yeah it is gonna play out that way, or like with the first two episodes which were put together in a 45 minute feature, they might still break them into two episodes, and air them weekly.
