When I was in my first year of college I worked at a gas station. Like a year or so into me working there my high school math teacher walks in and my first thought was to hide and hope he didn't notice it was me. I was the only one working that night and so he saw me, knew it was me and it just felt wrong talking to a teacher outside of school. He was a nice guy and a good teacher but I liked to believe my teachers didn't have lives outside of school.

Lol, I am a geography teacher in the Netherlands. When I do groceries I get at least 1 student to look at me funny, they always have this: ‘wow you also need to eat?’ Kinda look on their face😂
