Bocchi is definitely an introvert, but her issue is more a case of social anxiety. She just doesn't know how to interact with people along with the typical inner reflection. Ryo is also introverted but without the social anxiety.

If I'm correct this outro is sung by the VA of Ryo, while the last one is sung by Kita's VA

Kinda. It's a music venue, so you can't enter without paying for admission anyway, but yes, they do have a sign put up which says no photos beyond this point at the top of the stairs because of the influx of fans who crowded the entrance just to take a picture. However, you can see the iconic Shelter/Starry sign easily enough from the walkway next to it without bothering the people queuing up.
