What happened was: Ichikawa said he was gonna rest/sleep, so she didn't think he'd hear all of what she said, but when he got up and left, she realised he heard it all.

The uniform button thing is a tradition they have to confess to someone. When a boy is graduating, if he gives the button to a girl it means he's confessing to her, and if a girl asks for the button of a boy who's graduating, it's like she's confessing to him. They do this with the second button of the uniform from top to bottom, because that's the closest button to his heart when he's wearing it.

7:07 Apex is HUGE in Japan, specially among mangakas. Kaguya-sama/Oshi no Ko's author went on a 1 month "break" 2 times already saying it was for "new arc preparations", but then ppl saw that he was in an Apex tournament 😂

THE best episode is the last episode of s2, and im sure then Prez will end it will best episode of the show! Its speaks volumes that prez actively thinks the show legitimately gets better after each episode, constant crescendo, super good pacing.

One of my favorites of season 2. Ichikawa has come a long way from his chunibyo days. His progression, his speech, learning to love himself and Yamada saying “My hands are full, I can’t hold onto anything else” was peak for me.
