This episode is amazing! We finally met Yamada’s parents for real. He basically got their blessing already.

I'm not sure if it's true but in the Spanish sub where I watch it for the first time, the chocolate that Yamada gives to Ichikawa is "almost a bad kanji" that someone could "mistakenly" read as "ki", I don't read Japanese so idk. And the kanji she's cutting when ichi gives the gigachad monologue says "su".

Last episode when ichikawa asked yamada what her dad was like she blushed and said “he’s a little like…” and ichikawa thought she meant a little like me, but she meant “a little like you” and we see it this episode, even the hair hiding the eyes 😂
