Anna's mother was mentioned in season 1 to be strict about appearances in public but actually really nice at home. Looking forward to more of season 2!

There was about 6 months between the end of S1 and the start of S2... APPARENTLY it WAS gonna be a single 25 episode season (Yamada's VA said she auditioned with S2 material). Guess they ran out of time, which would also explain why the 2 seasons blend seamlessly.

Hidive has DEFNITELY updated the subs in Season 2 since it aired lol, some things are worded SO different than i remember, might actually be more accurate lol, not sure... Edit: Yeah some scenes are DEFNITELY more accurate to the manga now lol

Yeah, this season the budget went CRAZY. Like the OP is movie quality! First season is great, solid and well worth the watch. S2 is a masterpiece.

peak. every episode in s2 is just so good and the op is amazing. watching this weekly in January was peak every week. oh and something about the translation, when he says that he wouldn't have noticed the keychain if she wasn't there, it shuold have been: "Had I not met you here I wouldn't have looked up". thought it was worth mentioning :)

Next episode will be saucy! And yes the music really adds to the emotional weighted moments. 2nd season OP and ED are awesome. It was like 6-7 months in between season 1 and 2. Season 1 aired spring 2023 and season 2 aired winter 2024
