the data book says netero is an enhancer, but his hatsu (the buddha) is using conjuration, emission, manipulation, and enhancement all at the same time. some of these categories i.e conjuration he has 60% or even 40% efficiency in, but he's doing techniques a pure conjurer could never dream of. he literally broke the nen bell curve. crazy strong old man
