The thing that is so superior about this series is even with these distracting events, Fukuda-sensei tosses in subtle, almost subliminal details. Re-watch that elevator scene. Tell me you don't see the resemblance between the other couple and our kids. They're like a matured version of Marin and Gojo. It makes me feel like She's telling us, "Don't worry, whatever happens they WILL be together!"
