The last time I cried this much when watching an anime (excluding one piece) is Re: Zero when I first watched it. This too. So soothing, I love it, I didn't really understand the hype about it before and when I saw clips I was thinking something like "Oh, probably some isekai copycat with cool art style" but this.... I was so wrong. Might be in my top 5 of all time, I see the potential and the beauty of it. Absolutely unmatched

This anime handles the “slow” moments so damn well and recognizes just how much time passes with the characters. Super glad y’all are giving this show a watch! EDIT: recognize -> recognizes* sorry, I wasn’t telling people TO RECOGNIZE what the show does, rather that the show recognizes time 😅
