Serie’s dialogue/story is so good. Serie gets Flamme’s will and doesn’t like that anyone could eventually learn magic. Plus the idea of teaching human mages doesn’t please her. Later she tells Frieren that Elves live so long that they have, “all the time in the world” to make important choices. Then 1000 years later Serie CREATES the continental magic association and grants spells to mages who prove themselves in her system. “A mere thousand years” and Serie decides to listen to Flamme.
