Late to the party and you already clear on that they did have sex, but I'm just gonna tell you some trivia. Souta acts like this because he knows that they did it, it's not clear how he found out in anime,manga or web comic. Anime down plays the act the most, we just have the words Hori says and end credit scene without shirts. In manga there is much more and it's implied that they didn't use protection and Hori actually scares Miyamura that she might be pregnant. Web comic is just next level (and it's the original story that manga and anime adapts). In the web comic they didn't use protection and Hori actually asks Miya to finish in her. Later Shindo finds out what they did and it's furious at Miya for how irresponsible they were. Also it's implied that Hori's parents know about it, or at least the mom.

Funny enough the difference in this OP was exactly where Prez pressed play hahaha it was on the half of it. In the old op Miyamura was alone and everyone else too but in this one everyone is together. Also in the manga that conversation with Sota was kinda insane. He questions in another way. Also yeah I realized this was just mentioned twice so far but the family of Miyamura has a bakery.
