Yeah... them and basically every other reactor I've seen watch this scene. Out of everyone I've seen watch HxH, maybe one or two have understood that when Pitou apologizes to Gon for what happened to Kite, SHE MEANS IT. No hate, though. Pitou's change is the most subtle, but thats why I find it the most interesting (but Pouf is RIGHT THERE in the #2 spot).

pitou has changed so much it's crazyyyy. the glare she gave gon and killua when they first me, not killing them only bc they were so worthless vs now pitou has geniune empathy towards her enemy, and is respecting his space to grieve as best she can before she has to do her duty as a royal guard. she also was the only one who isnt anti komugi, respecting how the king is changing as a person and serving "Meruem" instead of the king as an idea. i dont feel bad for the outcome bc that's just the consequence of her actions, but i really liked her character and will miss it!

I think you're missing the change in Pitou. She's not the animalist instinctual Pitou anymore. She's looking at Gon during his breakdown with pity and understanding now. She even remembered he was there. She's a lot more human now, especially after feeling the King's emotions towards Komugi. The same Pitou that killed Kite for sport is long gone now. Pitou only kills out of duty now, and she fights Gon because she is serving the king.
